  We stopped in and had a very good time here. There is a lot to do: arcade, inside/outside go-karts, trampoline park, laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, rides and more. We took advantage of a Beat the Heat special which was a good deal for how much you get with it. Arcade is overpriced, so take into mind. $1 to $2 per credit is still insane even by 2026 standards. Buffet is...not great, but alright for what you end up paying for it. Overall, judging primarily on the attractions and the fun we had, I'm giving this place 5 stars. Like I said, we took advantage of a cheap deal. I'm not sure I would want to pay full price for unlimited...in that case I would probably buy attractions on a per-ride basis.

  I was really looking forward to the buffet and it wasn't that good. 2 people almost fell because of food on the ground in the buffet. The hot buns were put out still frozen. Non of the bathrooms had soap in them, trashes weren't changed in the bathrooms. I got there before they even opened so I was not impressed. A few of us waited to get a drink and we were not informed we were in the wrong spot (it said beer right above it and there was a register) for 10 minutes. A lot of the people in my party did not feel good after eating the food. The reason for two stars is only because we did have a good time. Not worth it for close to $150 and that was with the beat the heat pass

  Just left Craig’s Cruisers, in Wyoming/Byron Center…, mind you it is a Monday, but still how you going to charge someone $47 & the roller coaster not working…, c’mon…, it was barely no one there! Went for my grandson’s birthday…, $47 & can’t even enjoy the main reason we came?!!! C’mon now, you should at least cut us a discount for that alone…

  My daughter and I took my grandson to Craig's Cruisers for his 9th birthday the package was nice I give a two- Stars reason is the young employees I'm going to say young teenagers thats all I seen the place was very dirty bathroom was dirty they didn't clean up the place much they just standing there could have took initiative to clean up but didn't but my daughter lost her keys at the bumper car ride the young man remembered her and I'm so happy he held them for her we live out of town and we was so upset thanks to the young man at the bumper car station I should have gotten his name they was really nice

  This place is so terrible. I'm not talking about the rides and the food. I'm talking about the workers. They are all terrible people and not helpful at all. I came with my son last week and this girl at the checkout spot she has a pink wig on. She had terrible customer service. I wanted to speak to a manager about her but I ended up not. Every single one of the workers here are on their phones and not paying attention whatsoever. They all have additudes and I noticed that the supervisors don't treat their staff well. Craig's cruisers needs to do better with their staff. Everyone is so immature and rude.
