It's my son's birthday. Cannot purchase deals online, tried a laptop and two different cell phones, tried 5 different credit cards, called all my banks and none of them show any attempted charges. The store will not price match and will not offer any help aside from walking me through the purchase on my device in person, but tells me if it doesn't go through I'm SOL. Terrible customer service! It's a wonder anyone is able to deal with this company.

i understand first hand that the staff are majority teenagers in their first job, over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated. However what I'm not okay with, is them deliberately leaving my child on the track and dismissing the ride without checking to make sure there wasn't anybody still out there. I understand small children can easily be overlooked especially when you're a whopping 5ft taller (bless them well fed teenagers) but most def need some extra insight on how to prevent that. I shouldn't have had to run out there MYSELF and push the cart majority back into the pit MYSELF to make sure he was accounted for and wasn't hurt. The people who control the rides were hardly present at their spot and/or on their phones hardly paying attention to the ride. With how dangerous those things are, safety needs to become a bigger priority

Went to Craig's Cruisers and it’s basically controlled chaos in the best and worst ways. From the moment you walk in, it hits you like a wave of arcade noise, flashing lights, and kids running like they’ve had 12 sodas each. The vibe is… let’s call it “organized mayhem with pizza fumes.” The go-karts were actually a blast—fast, fun, and slightly terrifying when someone clearly forgot what “brake” means. The arcade games range from “brand new and shiny” to “this machine has seen things and probably has stories.” The food is exactly what you expect: edible, fast, and clearly designed for maximum fuel, not fine dining. The pizza is the definition of “it gets the job done.” Overall, it’s fun if you embrace the chaos and don’t take anything too seriously. Just go in with low expectations, high patience, and maybe a backup plan for noise levels.

We went for a birthday party. We had our 3 year old niece with us. She wanted to ride the indoor go karts so we got in line. There was about 20 people in front of us. We stood in line for about a half hour watching people keep going passed us in line because they must have had a special bracelet or something. Over and over again we waited. Then they say the double karts were down because they were charging. So we left the line and unfortunately didn't get a chance for her to ride them. A few of the arcade games were down or messed up. And some of them were basically impossible to win (kind of like carnival games). She had a lot of fun bouncing on the trampolines though. The party rooms are pretty small so if you have a big party I wouldn't recommend. They also get hot and the door doesn't prop open. All in all it was an alright time. Probably won't go back though.
