Started off a little rocky as we were told there were ramps for accessible bowling however the ramps were just little kid ramps. But the Manager went and looked around and found and put together a ramp for my son to use from his wheelchair. We had a great time! Thank you. They had a bartender not show up and my drink was pretty bad but they were making do. Pizza was great! Games were fun. Thank you!

I had a birthday party for my little sister here and Megan was the manager on call and she was so beyond sweet to us and she is a very reliable manager for running her team. We were served by Don at the bar and he was also very nice and he spoke with my dad for a while as well. All the staff was very kind and Rob even got me a care bear after seeing I was struggling with the machine. Wonderful place!

We waited about a year before coming back here after our awful dining experience the first time. Games are great, customer service needs a lot of work. My family was literally the only customers in the restaurant and drinks took almost 10min and we were right next to the bar, just for the kids drinks to be wrong. Food took over 25 minutes to come out. Again, we are the only people inside the restaurant. The last time we came we had to hunt people down to take our order, to wait 45 minutes to hunt down yet another person to figure out where our food was. Just to only have half of it brought out to wait another half hour for the rest. The games are great, but if you are going to run a restaurant you need to seriously up the customer service. Because we had high hopes it had changed from our first bad impression and unfortunately it has not. Just go next door to Red Robin, save yourself time.

Update: Thank you for the response. I did reach out because service should never be a reason for a customer to leave unhappy. However, seeing the same generic reply copied and pasted across so many negative reviews makes it feel less like genuine concern and more like a standard response. Customers who take the time to share their experiences deserve acknowledgment that reflects the specifics of their situation, not just a template. I hope my feedback is truly considered. Review: My first experience at Main Event was great. There are a lot of entertainment centers with similar concepts, but something about this location stood out to me. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to come back and surprise my partner for his birthday with some of his closest friends and family. Unfortunately, this visit felt very different. From the start, there seemed to be some challenges with staffing and organization. We had difficulty getting set up for bowling, and while an older gentleman named Charles was kind and genuinely tried to help us, the accommodations he had discussed with us were not easily honored when things didn’t go according to plan. The manager who assisted afterward was not particularly accommodating, and her interaction with our group left us feeling unwelcome. I wish I could remember her name because that experience had a significant impact on the overall atmosphere of the evening. Another challenge was the restaurant and bar service. Ben, who appeared to be serving and bartending a large area largely on his own, seemed overwhelmed. It was unfortunate because the workload appeared to affect both his mood and ability to maintain a positive guest experience. Even simple requests, including getting water and drinks, took an unusually long time. Several members of our group noticed the same thing independently and later commented that they had similar interactions. To Ben’s credit, he eventually came back, sincerely apologized, and made an effort to make things right, which we genuinely appreciated. While much of the evening was disappointing, there were a few employees who stood out in a positive way. Derek, a young staff member with locs, was exceptionally kind, patient, and apologetic throughout the experience. He went out of his way to help us get our bowling shoes and treated us with genuine respect. Another young staff member also assisted us and helped improve the situation, though unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Overall, this visit left a bad taste in my mouth because I had talked about it for weeks and was genuinely excited to celebrate my partner’s birthday here. What made it especially disappointing was knowing how great my first experience had been. I still believe Main Event has the potential to provide an excellent experience, but on this particular visit the atmosphere, staffing challenges, and customer service issues made it difficult to enjoy what should have been a special celebration.
