  If you are looking for a team that will make sure you and your family have an incredible visit, this is the place to be!! The new menu is delicious. Prizes and games galore and my personal favorite ---> THE HUMAN CRANE!!! Don't skip out on this attraction. I can't shout out just one person because they all bring the energy!! Look forward to visiting again 😀

  We had an amazing experience at Main Event celebrating our son’s 7th birthday! Everything was fun, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. The kids had an absolute blast with all the games and activities, and the party setup was perfect. A huge shoutout to our party hosts, Ny and Nevaeh, who went above and beyond to make the day special. They were so friendly, attentive, patient with the kids, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time. Their energy and kindness truly made the party memorable for our family and guests. Thank you, Main Event, for helping create such a fun and unforgettable birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

  we had a birthday party at Main Event in Grand Rapids and derek at the bowling lanes was extremely considerate and helpful! Even though we had our host for party he went out his way to check on us and bring us stuff for our party and attend to our needs! Main Event is a spot I will definitely come back and bring my family too because of him I will make sure to bowl as well next time lol thanks !

  The atmosphere is filled with fun. The grandkids had fun. The bowling was neat. I've never seen pins hooked to cables before, genius! We ordered the sampler platter, $63.99...was not worth it. The breadsticks were overdone, the Brussels sprouts undercooked and we weren't allowed to get just 8 burger sliders. We had to order 4 buffalo and 4 burger. The the burger sliders and the deep fried pickles were delicious. We did enjoy the games. Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with our card and When I went to an employee and explained issues with the game. We are not reimbursed. It is a great family fun centered place, just plan to spend quite a bit of money. We would go back and bowl and play games.

  Brayden was awesome, and if I could give him alone a review it would be 5 stars. He is the only reason I left two instead of one star and the only reason I would consider coming back and trying to do an event here again. The bar service was some of the worse I have ever experienced. I was the only one at the bar and ordered two drinks. There was a manager and another bartender behind the bar. After I ordered I chatted with the manager for a bit. And waited. And waited. And waited. Then I asked the manager for my drinks and she said they would be up shortly, and that the other person would be making them. But i could see the other person and they were just doing dishes. So I waited some more. And walked around to the other person. And asked if they were going to make my drinks, as the rest of my party was waiting. They admitted they forgot and then asked again what I ordered. After another wait they brought over one of the two drinks I paid for and then left and never made me the second drink. Then I spoke to the manager again and they said the drink I ordered was annoying to make. So I said I would take a different drink and finally after over 20 minutes of sitting at an empty bar I got two drinks. I tried again an hour later. Just ordered vodka with a mixer to keep it simple. I got the wrong drink again. Instead of offering to make another one he said he could "top it off" with the right drink. I declined. Then I ordered a single appetizer for while we were bowling. Had to go back to the bar because the server they said would come never did. After waiting about 45 minutes, I asked about it and it turns out they never even made the food. At this point I was ready to just leave, but the group decided to play a few rounds of laser tag. Both times multiple people's equipment were not working, and they didnt bother to even offer us a new game or send us in with a different equipment. They didn't remove the equipment that wasn't working either. What a joke of a place.
