  I had such a great experience photographing a wedding at The Harris Building. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I especially loved the charming spots just outside for portraits that give a beautiful city feel. The cocktail hour space and the large windows throughout the venue also provide so much beautiful natural light, which any photographer can appreciate. What stood out most was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to jump in when needed to support the couple and make sure everything was running smoothly. As a photographer, having a team that is kind, proactive, and genuinely invested in the couple’s experience makes such a difference in how seamlessly a wedding day flows. Their kindness and support did not go unnoticed, and it truly made the entire experience even better. I would happily work here again and highly recommend The Harris Building to couples looking for both a beautiful venue and an amazing team behind it.

  Such a classy, clean and unique venue. Tonight we got to celebrate a great couple at a great spot. Food was great, set and design great. Bartenders extremely pleasant. With that being said, I would seriously consider who is contracted for valet parking in the future. My truck reeked of weed when I received it from the valet crew. Two totally different service levels within the same experience. A friend of ours who drove separate called as we were pulling out and asked if our vehicle smelled like weed TOO. Feel bad for the wedding venue as unfortunately when I asked the valet crew for their card or uplines contact information they said they don’t have it. Having gotten the pleasure to do the whole extravagant wedding thing, this is extremely discouraging as HOPEFULLY your married once and this would be the last impression of your wedding venue to your guest. I feel awful writing this as it reflects on the venue and is 100% not their fault. However, it shouldn’t go without notice.

  Valet staff threatened to tow our car because we parked in a city meter that they decided not to bag. They were rude and harassed us into moving because they had their own no parking signs which does not follow the city policy. They clearly sold the valet services to a wedding that was happening that night and then threatened us because they didn’t follow the rules- they say they do this “every weekend”. We called the police to confirm they can’t do that and they sent someone to talk to them. Hopefully they’re done threatening the public.

  We had our son's wedding in April. Couldn't ask for a better venue. Everything went great, the coordinator Madi was excellent. She reviewed everything before our event, communicated every detail was professional and so great to deal with. The food was very good, Distinctive Catering delivered and served a polish menu. We decorated the tables and the employees took care of moving tables in place after the ceremony. The Bride and attendants had their own room to get ready. The venue is large and was perfect for our 80 guest. The cost was very reasonable as compared to others. We live about 2 hrs away, the hotels recommendations were close by and worked out great. We had no issues thanks to the venue staff. Highly Recommend!
