Customer service was very welcoming, went in one hour before close and never felt rushed! Machines were great and in working order (they were in much better state then other local arcades cough cough). Def will be coming back!

Saw they are opening a location in Livonia. Remembered my one and only experience. Took my daughter here cuz she loves arcades. The older lady at the front called her a sir. My kid corrected her and she never flinched or apologized. My kid just thought she was weird, so she wanted to stay, but we never went back.

Lots of great games, old and new, and in great shape. Love the pinball selection especially. Reasonably priced, and the very friendly and helpful staff even give out free earplugs!

Today my boyfriend and I wanted to go here for the first time, it’s been somewhere we’ve wanted to try for a long time. We noticed there was a groupon code for a discount (we both have never used groupon before) so we decided to go. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I both redeemed our tickets the same way, his was presented with a barcode, mine was not and stated it was already used. When i was told by the cashier, i simply explained i just bought it 20 minutes ago, presented my receipt, we tried to find a solution and it still would not work. No confrontation with the cashier whatsoever. The manager/owner comes over and immediately gets loud and speaks down to me stating “do not ever do that again,” and continued on talking to me as if I was stupid and blatantly disrespecting me. I stood in silence as he spoke to me this way, absolutely in shock that this was how the conversation was started, then states we were taking the issue out on them, we simply stated we were not, as we just wanted to find a solution, and his response was that I had a nasty attitude and was “not smiling enough.” He still gave me my wristband, which was appreciated, however after being spoke down to and so disgustingly, I had no desire to stay. We left, after processing everything that happened, I returned and told the owner I did not appreciate how he spoke to me. He got very loud with me stating he never said any of that, and he didn’t talk to me like that. He then proceeded to say I came in with a nasty attitude and he doesn’t want people like us in his business. I came in very excited as this was my first time being here, and this was a surprise planned by my boyfriend. Being confrontational is out of my character, but to be spoken to in such a way over a simple misunderstanding, as someone who has never used groupon before, I could not go without acknowledging his behavior. I would not recommend coming here, it is very clear in how he spoke to men, compared to how he spoke to me as a woman.
