  Holly is freaking amazing!!!! She was moving so many people in and out of rooms, and still helped us in a timely fashion. I couldn’t believe how many people were rude to her and she just kept pushing. I suggest her everytime, she’s great. The room was very organized and the clues were clear. My group had a great time. Thank you again Holly!!!! 🤭🤭

  My family had a great time. We did in fact beat the clock!! Holly was a great host and very helpful when neeeded. Her upbeat vibe was awesome

  Jalia was absolutely killing it, it’s unfortunate she was the only one staffing the entire store, but she did a great job as a one man army. Please give her a raise/bonus ❤️ we had a great time

  Disappointing Experience-Houdini Prestige Unfortunately, this was a pretty lackluster escape room experience. The room itself was very small and felt more like a cubicle than an immersive escape room. Houdini The biggest issue was the lack of attentiveness from the attendant. The hints provided were not particularly helpful, and you are limited to 4 hints rather than having unlimited hints, which was not clear to us during intake. There were also issues with the setup of the room. Some of the props had not been reset correctly, which made it difficult for us to even get started. On top of that, some of the clues didn’t seem to align or make sense, which made it difficult to determine whether we were missing something or whether the room itself had been set up incorrectly. Unfortunately, we didn’t escape within the allotted time, but what was most disappointing was how the experience ended. Because of the delays and confusion throughout the room, we were hoping the attendant would at least explain what we had missed or walk us through how we could have escaped. Instead, we were essentially just told, “Sorry, time’s up,” and directed to leave. Overall, the experience felt poorly organized and not particularly engaging. I’ve done several escape rooms before and understand that they are supposed to be challenging, but there’s a difference between being challenged and being held back by poor setup, unclear clues, and an inattentive attendant. I wouldn’t recommend this experience based on our visit.

  After reading the reviews I was so excited to try this place out! Sadly me and my family had a HORRIBLE experience. Firstly I was shocked at how cheap the rooms look, how small they were, also how the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling so you literally can hear EVERYTHING while trying to solve your story etc.Unfortunately our room must not have been set correctly because we couldn’t figure out a single thing (while sweating because it’s boiling in the closet we were in) so we had to call for a hint and after multiple times of calling finally we were helped and the woman was confused herself because everything was out of whack ( she was a really sweet girl) so anyways she helped us and left we were stumped AGAIN because of not being correctly reset and tried to call her again but unfortunately she never returned until our hour was up. We were sweating, trying to call for help, and defeated and on top of that the pop up table they have in there fell and everything went everywhere so we spent time having to clean up the place. Honestly save yourself the $100+ and don’t go to this place the website is nicer then the establishment so I’ll leave that there.
