First time there. Theaters were very clean. Staff were very nice. I would definitely go back.

I had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, October 17th. The tray table at my seat was broken, and when I placed my $15 drink on it, the table tipped down, causing about half of my drink to spill out and some of it to land on me. Some of my popcorn also spilled. I’ve attached a video showing the broken table. When I went to the bar to ask for a replacement drink, I was told I would have to wait for a manager because it was an alcoholic beverage. Since the movie was about to start, I didn’t want to miss the beginning waiting for a manager, so I had to accept losing half of a $15 drink because of broken equipment that should have been properly maintained. And not only that some of it spilled on me. So yes I was irritated. To make matters worse, my seat was covered in popcorn left behind by a previous guest, and the floor was sticky. It was clear that the theater had not been properly cleaned between guests, which is absolutely disgusting. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I joined Cinemark’s paid membership right before going to the movies, expecting a good experience. Instead, I left disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, the broken seating equipment, and the inconvenience of having to pay for a drink that spilled because of it. I will be canceling my membership. This is not the level of service or cleanliness I expect from a theater that charges premium prices.

I’ve come to this theatre a couple times, and usually it’s a decent experience. The seats are comfortable, and relatively the wait isn’t long! The only issue I have is the service from the workers there at times. My experience with speaking with one of the male concession workers due to me asking a simple question about receiving reward points (I’m a Cinemark movie fan member) was lacking professionalism on their end. Other than that, I enjoyed watching a movie there today 😁

This is a first class theater, a exspansive lobby with proper concessions - full meals, bar, and each theater seat has its own table. Bathrooms are clean. Simply put it is head and shoulders better than the Owings Mills AMC.

I don’t usually write these simply because of the bragging rights involved but this theatre did an amazing job when I got an order mixed up. I’m at the bar trying to order a Pina Colada (my favorite mixed drink) but they did not have a blender. However rather than doing every other incompetent worker mistake they refunded me politely and without any process involved. Also a glass of soda was on the house so that was nice.
