I have been attending this pic for almost 2 years and I have to be honest. The quality is incrementally decreasing. They are failing to clean the theaters thoroughly after each movie session and it leaves a bad experience for the users that come after. I shouldn’t have to wipe down the seat every time I’m there. Also, there are too many times where the button is not working In certain theaters. This needs to be addressed

Very terrible experience. Coming here I expect way better. But unfortunately I won’t be coming back slow service and food took longer than expected as well.

Very disappointing experience. Waitstaff never came to take our order. Halfway through the movie, I left to find a waiter so missed part of the film. I asked different waiters repeatedly for a blanket because I was freezing. The blanket never came and not one staff person followed up. Never got the popcorn either. iPic used to offer a special experience. Tonight it was like every other theater with reclining seats but with a higher price point.

The staff was very unhelpful and unwelcoming.. So I dicided not to see a show. I looking forward to comparing it to other movie experiences that have had. I have spent about $300 I the past month going to the movies because you always need a large popcorn peanut M&M's and a large drink to see a show. I may give them another try. But if I receive the same experience I will definitely not see a movie and will take my dollars elsewhere.
