  The place is NASTY. This is the seats we had to sit in! Chocolate and food smeared all over the seats. They don't even TRY anymore... no air conditioning. On a 90 degree day. BOY, this place went downhill! 😡

  I had a really disappointing experience. I went Monday (June 15th, 2026) night to watch Scary Movie 6 and was sitting in the very back row when I saw a mouse running across the floor. That’s honestly unacceptable for a movie theater. Cleanliness and basic sanitation should be a priority, especially in a place where people are eating and sitting for long periods. It completely ruined the experience and made me feel uncomfortable staying there. I won’t be coming back unless this issue is seriously addressed. I hope management takes this seriously because that’s not something customers should ever have to deal with.

  I paid for two tickets, two large popcorns, and two large drinks—all of which were prepaid. That day, the movie theater was crowded, and the only seats left were all the way in the front, which was too close. Anyway, I received a raincheck. The worker didn’t explain to me that my prepaid voucher wouldn’t be valid for the raincheck; otherwise, I would have gotten a refund for everything. I came today, 06/05, to use them and found out that they wouldn’t honor my prepaid concession vouchers because the date had passed. The assistant manager, Adam, was not helpful, and I believe if I were of a different race, things might have turned out differently.

  Lovely movie theater however, when I went to see the movie, “Michael”, we sat through an hour of other movie trailers and three commercials before the movie started. I’m used to movie trailers, but this was ridiculous! I asked other friends who saw the same movie in other theaters did they sit thru an hour of trailers and all the answers was no. I felt this was weird and suspicious to why specifically had so many trailer movies for this movie in Anne Arundel…

  I wish I could say I had a better experience here. This was my first time at this theater and I was in awe at how awesome the theater looked. I bought my ticket at the box office and proceeded to concession after that, everyone I interacted with was great. I haven’t been to the movies in a few years so it was a pleasant experience having friendly staff who actually look you in the eyes and give really good customer service. I got into my movie, found my seat, settled in and after the lights dimmed I kept seeing something in the corner of my eye. I had an aisle seat, the first glimpse I saw of a mouse tail on the stairs I thought I just didn’t see it however throughout my movie I counted 7 mice trailing down from the top of the theater to the bottom - using the stairs! Afterwards I headed back to concessions and let the girl know what I saw she immediately brought me over to the management station which was 4 people standing around having a grand time. she specifically pointed out the general manager and let me know to tell them what I saw. I stood there without being acknowledged for a moment until I made eye contact with the other gentleman standing there. I was a little repulsed by the fact the young lady had pointed out her general manager and he ignored me. He didn’t even look at me. I let the other guy know what I saw, he was polite but was embarrassed to admit the mouse problem. He told me they do have routine pest control but it’s hard to keep them away considering they’re attached to the mall. He apologized for my experience and I was on my way. Honestly I feel disappointed they didn’t seem to take the complaint more seriously it was just as I was explaining it I felt completely brushed off, which let’s me know I’m not the only person complaining of mice.
