  Earlier this week me, and my girlfriend unfortunately had an absolutely horrible viewing experience at this theater, but the employees working here did everything they could to mediate our situation. I'm specifically giving 5 stars due to the way they were able to handle this unfortunate experience. For background, Tuesday, the 22nd, I went to see the 9:40pm showing of "You Can See Everything" with my girlfriend. We walked into our theater while the trailers were starting and already were put off by two women seated next to us that had made an absolute mess and had totally trashed the seats surrounding them. I even noticed that one of them (the woman on my right) had left a mustard packet in my cupholder. Trying to be understanding and patient, I let her know, and she simply grunted "oh okay" and, not exaggerating, chucked the packet of mustard on the floor. (I feel absolutely horrible for whichever employee had to clean up their mess later that evening, by the way.) Not a great start, but whatever. A while after the movie started, the same woman on my right had her phone open on the lock screen with the brightness up, and I again, patiently asked her if she would mind turning her phone off. She promptly made another annoyed grunt, but did at least turn her phone off. Two minutes later she and her friend loudly talking with her friend back and forth. I totally get it if you're whispering to each other during a movie, but they were straight up just talking at full volume. After multiple failed attempts to ask them if they could maybe talk even a LITTLE bit quieter, me and my girlfriend glanced over at them a couple times to glare at them, hoping that would get the point across. She then started talking to herself at full volume that we were "staring creepily" at her. I tried further to mediate the situation by saying "Would you guys please just be a little quieter?" She responded by saying that it's a public space and she can do whatever she wants and that I was being "manipulative." (I still don't understand what she could have meant by this.) I kindly asked her if she could be quiet again and said we're just trying to watch the movie and I felt she was being distracting, and I kid you not, she gets in my face, and starts yelling at me and my girlfriend and repeatedly asking if we want to go outside and fight. My girlfriend joins the conversation at this point and says "of course not, we're all adults here." The woman angrily responds "You're an adult? You look fifteen!" (This is hilarious to me in retrospective because this meant that this woman soundly decided that she wanted to beat up a person she admittedly assumed to be 15 YEARS OLD. Okay...) Not wanting to get jumped by two women ten weight classes above us, I walked out of the theater to explain the situation to two employees while my girlfriend kept an eye on my belongings, as well as these women. They promptly left the theater while we were given full refunds for our tickets despite us watching the film until the credits finished rolling. I specifically wanted to shout out the woman I explained our situation to, who I unfortunately never got the name of, but wanted to give my sincerest thanks to her as well as the other young man who talked to me and these ladies. Let it be known that I tried to have a mature conversation to these women to solve this situation, but unfortunately had to flag down two employees to get those women to pipe down. I'm sorry you guys had to deal with all our crud.

  So, we bought tickets, to watch something before our flight home. We had luggage, and have done this at lot of theatres before. I'm disabled and need a relaxing place while I wait. They said they had a backpack rule and denied me, my wife and service dog. We tried to get a refund, but the place said Fandango only could do it. The people took so long Fandango said we couldn't get refunded. This is ridiculous. They kept our money. I'll fill out BBB and Trust Pilot after this; it's unacceptable on so many levels.

  My favorite movie theater especially since the snowden square one is closed. Love the theming and they really made the snacks easy to go through

  Fire alarm went off, they recouped our tickets. But it was messy tbh. Still love the theatre great seats!

  After coming here for years and being part of the movie club we have decided to never return. The first "offense" was roughly 6 months ago when they had an "emergency" and had to evacuate the theater. I reached out the Cinemark for a mulligan, they emailed back with stating a refund of credits. Never happened after several weeks. We joined AMC who doesn't have "emergencies". We decided to use the last two credits for Cinemark....half way through the movie...6 months later....another "emergency". I wouldn't even bother again. Goodbye Cinemark, it was fun.
