  The theater had a pizza box and napkins from a previous viewing. The bathroom had a soda cup and soda on the floor. I contacted cinemark through the site and received a response during my movie. They took the matter seriously. At the end of my show two employees came in to clean and the bathroom was cleaned. Staff at the concession stand were initially distracted and talking. They did help soon after. I went to guest services to show appreciation for addresing the issues and no one was at the counter. Overall I would come back. Pizza and popcorn were good.

  Was traveling and waiting for my flight in between cities. I was denied entrance because I had luggage. I am glad I don’t live here and understand the idea to keep out people. I just wish that I could have been able to enjoy my time instead of now sitting in the mall for a few hours.

  MICE INFESTED!!!!!! THIS THEATER HAS MICE. Upon recent visits I've seen MICE in the theater when watching movies!!!! (Most recently theater 5) They run from behind the seating into to edges of the carpeting where there are holes in the walls and foundations! Also the theaters are filthy in certain areas!!!! Food on the floors of the theaters etc.

  This movie 🎬 was PHENOMENAL. Wiseman Productions really outdid themselves with this one. It cuts deep but is very informative. This is a film for ALL to see. Bring your family, your friends, your children and embrace this cultural awareness. This movie will make you think, it'll hopefully change your mindset! It'll be in the movie again on August 15th so get those tickets 🎟 you will not regret making this a part of your plans. I was on the edge of my seat. At the end STANDING OVATION.👏🏾 What makes this film 🎥 very unique is that the producer and productions (Baltimore natives) were all there to greet with warmness and anticipation that you'd for sure have an awesome experience. Go to Eventbrite and get your tickets this is one you don't want to miss.

  If you’re looking for a fun spot to catch a movie this is a pretty good spot. It's Egyptian themed in the lobby. Once you get past the giant columns, the theater itself is modern and has power-reclining seats, and if you're seeing a big blockbuster, upgrading to the XD screen is definitely the move. The theater is massive so they have a lot of screens available which means they they play pretty much everything, and being attached to the mall makes it ridiculously easy to grab dinner or hit the casino right after. It can definitely get packed on a Friday night, but if you book your seats online ahead of time and grab a popcorn on the fly, it’s one of the best hassle-free movie nights around. It does get cold in here so pack a jacket.
