My friends and I have thoroughly enjoyed a few of the escape rooms at Red Door; they've been clean, inventive, and attended to by super friendly staff that are genuinely happy to be there and share in your experiences.
I'm taking a star off for one single reason though and it's not inherently the staff's fault, but I've found it a real sour note to end on each time with a pressure sales tactic to get 20% off your next booking but only if you do it right -then-. This is a corporate mandate, I'm sure, but it really takes away from the satisfied feeling of the experience. There are better ways to reward and incentivize your customers for returning, like why can't you earn a no strings attached 10% off promo for your next room if you successfully escaped instead? People's schedules are unpredictable, so trust in the strength of your experience and give your customers reasons to come back at their convenience. I'm sure the staff find putting people on the spot as uncomfortable as it is being on the receiving end of it; leave the pressure tactics to the escape timer.

First time doing an Escape Room and it was such a blast! When I first saw we had an hour I didn’t anticipate it would fly by so quickly from how much fun I was having! I love puzzles and it was thrilling be able to work with friends to find clues and get hilariously frustrated at what would be the simplest final clue that we all struggled with xD
Will def return for a harder room

This was my first time at an escape room and Red Door made it so fun and memorable! Our game-master, Shane, gave many helpful hints that helped us a lot! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We came here for my mother’s birthday, and it was the perfect place to celebrate! It was our first time here and I’ve been to several escape rooms and this one is my favorite by far! The room that we did was called Fair game, it was super fun and challenging and everything was so cute, detailed and decorated so nicely! We can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms- they also have cute merch and a place to take photos~a perfect touch to remember your time spent here :)

It’s a very fun place to do with friends. One of my friends got caught up in traffic and the staff member was very accommodating in giving us a later time. Understandably not in the same escape room, but both of my friends were at least able to do the escape room. Our guide was Aleah who was kind, generous, and thorough. Can’t emphasize that enough, she was great. The staff overall was awesome, no complaints there. My main critique is my friends and I ended up doing The Gift and the escape room didn’t feel like it didn’t integrate into the story that well. Most of my complaint is that some of the room did involve having some physicality including tossing balls into a funnel. We were lucky enough to one of my friends was tall enough to do it, but we would have wasted a lot more time otherwise. I think the puzzles should be logical only for accessibility and I didn’t expect it to be so physical or at least a warning would be good. 5/5 for the staff, 3.75/5 for the escape room we had.
