This is my go to theater because it's right off of the bike path, allowing me to ride in, catch a movie and ride home, which I do countless times every summer.
For me, the accommodating staff is the highlight, which isn't to say there's anything wrong with any other aspect, just that they are always friendly and have gone above and beyond for me numerous times over the years, one of those aspects being having a Captiview (closed caption device) ready for me by the time I reach the ticket taker's podium most times I go.
The XD auditorium offers the best experience in the place, surprisingly enough not for the screen, but the sound. I think it's kind of funny that the projector is capable of throwing out an image featuring roughly six orders of magnitude more colors than the human eye can resolve, but the ear is a more discerning sense organ and the sound system really creates a feast.
While it's not something I'm concerned with, other patrons have noted that they keep the theater spotless and they really are on top of that job. I'm a watch the credits guy and very nearly every time I'm ready to go there is at least one employee, if not two or more, ready to spruce the joint up, yet they're always kind enough to wait for me before doing so. That's how conscious they are of ensuring a pleasant experience, which I assume is a focus of the managerial staff.
Making an edit for one last aspect: This is a good theater for specialized showings. They typically have somewhere between one and three anime features per month (the guaranteed one being a Miyazaki feature thanks to Fathom Events). I have seen quite a bit more than that, including some live action foreign films. I also had the pleasure of catching the concert film Ado SPECIAL LIVE "Shinzou" last year. And while it wasn't aimed at me, I'm sure a lot of people enjoyed it when they screened the KPop Demon Hunters sing along. They bring quite an eclectic mix.
