- WOWilliam OrtizJun 22, 20265.0A great time for the fam! We were there yesterday, Father’s Day, so we expected it to be busy. Several other groups walked in right around the time we did. Sydney was very attentive, ensuring each group was greeted while answering phone calls at the front desk. It was clear they were understaffed or overbooked for a day like Father’s Day (someone had called out). Sydney guided us to our room and was very kind in acknowledging our time for being a few minutes behind. Experience is a 10/10, both staff and room/puzzles are great! Very interactive puzzles, not just lock combinations. We even purchased a gift card at a 20% discount (offered to players on the same day you play through a room, loaded in the amount of any amount of players you choose). So we’re definitely going again and trying another one of their rooms.
