  Was very excited to try this place but the only excellent thing was the service. The water for the tea was lukewarm — not warm and definitely not hot — when it was served to me and on the refill. The scones are bite-size and you can fit an entire scone in your mouth easily at once. They do give you two scones, but I have never seen such a small scone in my entire life. This was very disappointing for a place like The Four Seasons and what they charge. In addition, the scones were not warm at all, which wasn’t surprising because the water wasn’t hot. Lastly, I believe the tea was in a bag and not loose leaf. Would be nice if they offered loose leaf tea with hot water since you have to wait for it to steep. On the plus, the teapots are pretty, sandwiches were good, and they include champagne and liqueur. I don’t like alcohol but it’s a nice touch if you do.

  Food was ok. It worked out because we were staying at the hotel, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

  Celebrated my birthday here last month and I had a really good time! We ordered the tower which idk the name of it but we got a lot of options and it was very filling as well. My favorite was the scones, the deviled eggs, and the chocolate little dessert in the bottom of the picture. The tea and the cups it came was so pretty and cute. I think that’s like one of my favorite parts lol. Our server was ok, nothing she did really stood out to me but she was nice. I wish we had sat a little more inside near the bar, sitting where the elevator was kind of made it awkward that people were passing by behind us and could see and listen to what we were doing. Overall, I would probably come again, but it wouldn’t be my top choice.
