  The staff were amazing. I had recently suffered and injury and my walking abilities were effected. The staff (all of them) were beyond helpful. I sat in the orchestra section and the seats are a little tight however I am very tall. The theatre is beautiful with a great location.

  Beatiful theater, but I do not understand why they open the doors to the building 1/2 hour before the doors to the actual theater. If you get there too early, you just have to stand around in the hall. There's nowhere to sit. It feels like it's a ploy to sell expensive drinks and snacks. And no, I am not tipping the guy who handed me a can of code $1.00 as their machine suggests. The coke itself already cost almost $7.00!

  If the microphones had been turned down and the lights weren’t randomly blinking off and on all the time, this might have been a good show. Everyone knows Carpenter songs because they were sung sweet and clear, every word understandable. Not tonight. Tonight’s show was screaming thru a microphone, garbled at times, and just too loud. Karen Carpenter would not have showed up in jeans for the first set. And singing sitting in an easy chair isn’t much of a stage presence. I would not recommend this show to anyone.

  Great acoustics, kind staff. I saw the opera William Tell here with a friend and we had a great time. Theater seats are comfortable though I did find myself readjusting and stretching my legs under the seat in front of me to stay comfortable.
