  After asking them to cut the air on in room 14 & never coming on, it was hot as hell in there but stuck through it bc my kid wanted to see the money… when i say hot, it was miserable… do better

  the white lady, blonde hair, 18-20 is always is the welcomest person and making sure i’m buttered up. she’s very patient and serves very good chicken tenders. my children are VERY close with her, my little tim loves to see her poppin the popcorn in magical ways!! she’s very time efficient and is able to handle situations under pressure, especially when tim spilled his soda, she was quick to clean it right up! will be back, thank you cinemark!

  Movie was good. Food was kinda expensive but that’s what u expect from a cinema. Blonde lady at concession was really nice and patient with me and my children. Nice service. Recommend going here if u want 2 watch backrooms
