  Movie was great but I lost my wallet and when I asked the janitor if he saw it he pulled it out of his pocket with all my money gone

  I want to start by saying this is not a bad theater. It’s clean, the seats are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and every visit I’ve had has been a positive experience. The only issue I’ve encountered a couple of times is poor theater etiquette from other guests, but that’s not something the theater can fully control. I’m sure if it were brought to a staff member’s attention, they’d handle it appropriately. So why the 3 stars? I’ve visited many Cinemark locations, and unfortunately this theater feels very bare bones compared to others. It only offers standard and 3D screenings, with no XD auditorium. It also doesn’t serve alcohol for adult guests like many Cinemark locations do, and it lacks luxury recliner seating. If you’re looking for those amenities, you’ll have to make the drive to the Shreveport location. As someone who’s an avid moviegoer, those features make a big difference, so it’s a bit disappointing. That said, if you’re simply looking to enjoy a movie in a clean, comfortable theater with friendly staff, you’ll still have a great experience here. I just hope to see Cinemark invest in bringing more amenities to this location in the future, especially since it’s the only theater in town.

  This is mainly because of the movie but the seats were comfortable and the new Spider-Man movie was really good
