  Theater was hot. Asked three different people. I was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing worse than a busy theater with all the odors and just sweltering. Very disappointed. The movie was great, but uncomfortable to watch

  easy access after ticket purchase and the concession people did their job well. It didn't take long to get what we ordered... obviously nothing is cheap...

  This cinema is very average with cockroaches and over priced concession that is below par. They have nice and quiet theaters depending on the time

  It was very clean and the popcorn and drinks were great. I bought my tickets online and waited in a long line for concessions. Despite how many people were there the line moved quickly. My complaint about that is that I wanted to pay with cash and was forced to pay with card. Also one of the seats we bought in the theater was completely broken. Luckily the theater wasn't packed and we were able to shift down a few seats. Management was very apologetic and gave us free passes for our trouble.

  I am a frequent movie-goer. This place has gone down fast. Last night, the theater we were in was absolutely nasty. We were seated about 20 minutes before the previews started. It was obvious the theater had not been cleaned between showings. It was disgusting. This theater was also so hot that my glasses kept fogging up. If a movie theater can't bother to regulate the climate control, and especially if it cannot clean the theater between showings, I won't be seeing movies at the theater. And no management needs to respond with any bs excuse or apology, or any lame attempt at a lie claiming to have cleaned the damn theater. If your theaters are that disgusting, I damn sure don't want to eat the pop-corn. We didn't buy pop-corn because the last time we did the kernels were broken to dust and stale. For the price of movie theater popcorn, the theater needs to change it out. Don't serve jacked up popcorn that has been sitting so long that it's not even warm any more. Everybody in that theater should be replaced because the job they are doing is sooo terrible. It's high time this theater get called out for it. It's just a nasty place. Obviously your local manager cannot be trusted with overseeing this theater, so I anticipate being able to address this gross condition of the movie theater with the national phone number and e-mail. It really is THAT crucial. I am that angry.
