  Theater was good. Popcorn was hot and fresh. The staff were all great! The reason for 3 stars came down to 3 things. First: The chairs in the theater were all ripped up and in disrepair. It just looked like wear and tear but for the premium we pay for movie tickets (and the high scale location of this particular theater) one would expect more...up to date and nicer seating. I know this is not the fault of the employees but something for the franchise owner to take note of. Second: The highest seating in the theater has a wall in front of it that is significantly taller than the other rows. Enough so that I am 5'1 and the wall blocked a good portion of the screen so I had to change seats to somewhere I could see. There was no mention of this on the website or anywhere in the theater. Third and possibly the most important: When at the movies how do you know the film is starting and it isnt another trailer? YES the lights go down. Now some theaters have a small clip before the film begins telling you to silence your phone and all of that. This theater does not which is generally no big deal. Except someone had to leave thier seat, find an employee and tell them to turn the lights down because the lights stayed on. What we all thought was another trailer was the beginning of the movie. We had no visual cue (lights going down) that this wasn't another trailer. On top of that, we could hear the movie in the next theater over playing over our movie at times. Now the movie was great and we had a great time regardless, but these are somethings that while everyone in our theater was cool about, others may not be. We were able to laugh it off but I reality while we all had a great time, these things do take away from yhe premium movie going experience we expect from this location.

  So I had to leave a review because the customer service is off the charts! Specifically, Vince! My friend and I were out to see Practical Magic 2 for his birthday. While making it to our seats I hit my hand on my chair and bent my freshly done pinky nail back. My entire nail ripped off. I was trying to not to freak out but I started feeling really hot and dizzy and couldn’t think properly. I made it out of our screen room to get some fresh air and couldn’t even make it down the hallway. I had to sit down because I felt like I would pass out any second. Vince came to the rescue! He brought me ice, band-aids, juice to help my light-headedness! He was amazing! And to top it off, he got us into a showing twenty minutes later because my friend and I had missed about 20 minutes of our showing due to this whole debacle! He was incredible! And the rest of the staff always is!! Love this Cinemark! You guys truly made me feel safe and calm!

  Our go to cinema. Comfortable seats and not packed, easy to navigate during non peak hours. I bring my 6yr old daughter here and she loves it.

  Between the ticket lady being rude and watching YouTube videos as we walk up or the lady answering the phone acting like the phone call was an inconvenience, this business will not survive I imagine. There’s no sense of pride on the front line. It’s a shame.
