The movie was so loud we left and they would not turn it down. Not mention the bat that was hanging out in the theater.

Longtime Cinemark Movie Club Member so this hurts to type. Walked in to the 2:20 showing of Toy Story 5 (2026) and left through the Black Lodge from Fire Walk With Me (1992).
Maybe halfway through the Pixar vehicle, a bat came down from the rafters and began flying around the middle of the D-Box screen. After trying to stick it out a bit longer the animal began to dive lower down towards the guests. At that point it only felt right to leave the theater, laughing at the hilarity of the situation. Unfortunately my conversation with the house manager, only called, “Mrs. P” to her subordinates, wasn’t as funny.
When initially speaking to the Team Lead, it felt odd that he jumped right to giving me a guest pass. The health threat of a bat swooping and diving on the guests watching the kids movie seemed more pressing. Mrs. P later emerged with an undeniably negative energy, prioritizing the certainty that I wasn’t leaving with any compensation (again, not the first concern). She asked if I was, “..ready to get the bat out?”, all while unaware grandparents walked grandkids into summer matinees. Mrs. P continued to tell me it was my fault for even seeing the movie as I “didn’t read the signs”.
Upon entry no staffer mentioned the various copy paper signs that listed the bat infestation (in fine print at the bottom of the paper) as "harmless, it has been flying around and perching on a speaker. Sorry for the inconvenience." Very, very odd.
Asking the Ticket Taker for a manager’s name, he said only “I don’t really know her first name, it’s a long one though” and also, “she’s only Mrs. P to us”. Also very, very odd.
While I don’t want to paint my other visits with this same brush, it only felt right to share due to the otherworldliness of Mrs. P and her flying nocturnal friend! After this situation, I would likely not want to patronize a theater and team that clearly does not put the viewing experience or the viewer first.

the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the cashier. They were not only very cute, but also incredibly professional, friendly, and amazing at their job. They greeted everyone with a smile, worked quickly, and made the whole experience even better with their positive attitude and excellent customer service.
It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about doing their job well, and this cashier definitely stood out. Might have a crush on her she really knows how to make good popcorn. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and because of outstanding employees like them, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this theater!
