  This cinema is so nostalgic to me. Everytime I've been to the movies, I've been to this cinemark. The big funnels, the reflective pillars in the halls, the arcade, the checkered floor. It all makes such a beautiful visit everytime. Wouldnt want it any different.

  Came to see a new movie and before even getting to our seats we already had a wonderful experience! Joniel gave us great suggestions and had wonderful customer service while we ordered with him! Not only was our movie great, seats reclining and heated but the customer service put it over the top for us tonight.

  I rarely post reviews but I need to this time. I went to the 2:50PM showing of Practical Magic 2 with my mom yesterday (Sunday). My mom is in her 70s and very unsteady on her feet. She has a cane, but often needs me for support. Nonetheless, she fell twice at the theater while walking to the auditorium. The first time was in the hallway just outside the theater, and and a very kind patron helped me get her into the actual auditorium. She fell again just a few feet from our seats and I could not get her up on my own. She had to crawl. I went to the podium and asked if they possibly had a wheelchair because I KNEW she wouldn't be able to make it to the car after the movie, even if I pulled it round to the exit door, which was closest. They didn't have one, but the young lady called over a manager and a security guard. They all offered to help me get my mama to the car and wheeled in an office chair to the theater, helped her into that, and were ready and waiting when the movie ended to help my mama. They also gave us free popcorn and two guest passes, which was so sweet! I work in elder law and I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff that was there yesterday. I wish I had gotten their names but I definitely shook all their hands and hugged one gal - and I am NOT a hugger. Thank you SO MUCH for making what was a very stressful experience a really really good one. Mama is home safe and she had a wonderful time.
