  Love the chairs! Heated and reclining seats just made a wonderful movie experience. And the refreshments were decently priced.

  Heated seats! Baby Texas could never!! Came to a 12noon show had the whole theater to myself! I took "work from home" to a new level! The audio was loud and clear and the picture was beautiful! The staff were nice and served smiles. Popcorn was fresh and buttery!

  Been going to this movie theaters since I was a child but yesterday I have purchased some tickets online through the website and no confirmation number was sent to me when I arrived to Cinemark. It was nothing but poor customer service telling me well. You should just buy another ticket never felt so offended before going to this movie theater. Didn’t even get to see the movie I wanted didn’t get a refund called their one 800 number And haven’t had a response for two days besides their automated service calling me back saying they can’t help me today. Was very disgusting with the lack of empathy and action from this company as a whole. Would rather spend the extra money at AMC then have to deal with a movie theater that doesn’t care if they rip off their customers.

  We went to the movie theater today, and from the beginning, the lady working there was already rude. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. After I paid for my ticket, I showed my ID since we were going to watch The Mummy. Everything from the beginning of her service was off already. About an hour later, she came into the theater and told our whole group to leave, even though everyone was above 17, as required. When we asked for a refund, she claimed we had broken a rule, but that didn’t make sense everyone in our group was at least 18, with the youngest being 19 and the oldest 25. What made the situation worse was that some of us were wearing hijabs and most of us are Asian, and she seemed to focus on us the entire time. I honestly don’t understand why someone like her is in a manager position when she doesn’t seem clear on her own rules. Her name started with a “D” (I didn’t catch the full name), and she was there when we arrived around 6:50pm. I’ve been going to this theater for years and have never had an issue like this before. It really felt like we were being judged and treated unfairly because of how we look.
