  Update: It is now the end of May and I’ve called the lady claiming to be the finance department and sent more emails and STILL NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE! You guys are terrible at customer service! Just refund my money at this point! We loved the park however the 1 star is because at the end of last season we decided to purchase a membership for this coming season for the whole family. I was on a payment plan that they offered to break the membership cost into small payments. About three months ago I had to update my card and tried to go to the website that they give to update the card and it says The website is no longer active to contact the park. So for the last few weeks, I have been emailing repeatedly and getting no response. I’ve also called and left a voicemail and tried to reach out on social media and again have not received any response. As of now my account is in default because I have no way to update to my current card. So now I don’t know if they just cancel our membership and I’m out all that money that I’ve already paid or they’re gonna make me pay the remainder all at once which completely defeats the purpose of the payment plan. I understand that the park is closed for the season as of now, but to have absolutely zero communication is insane to me.

  Great food and great surface and taste delicious and good management. Also, I do love the owner. He’s very polite and nice and he’s making sure that your food is well done
