  The water and the attractions were nice. Limited places to sit and most food places were closed when we were there. Will go again.

  I would like to share my experience from today’s visit to the water park. The place itself is very beautiful, interesting, and has a lot to offer, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. The negatives: * First of all, when I entered, an employee told me that I was not allowed to bring in my backpack and asked me to leave it in my car. After I left the backpack in the car and came back, I saw another employee allowing other people to enter with the exact same type of backpack. I asked why I was not allowed to bring mine in, but the employee could not give me an answer. * Unfortunately, I could not get food at the café because of the huge line. Only one person was taking orders and preparing the food, which made the line extremely long. I am not willing to spend an hour just to place an order and get some food. * In my opinion, the prices are way too high. For two adults and two children, ages 4 and 6, I paid $260, plus another $25 for parking. Overall, I am happy with the place itself, but I was very disappointed with the service and the staff. I expected a much better experience considering how much we paid.

  The Waterpark/Slides/Lazy River was beautiful. The Wave Pool was good but very limited on the waves. There should be alot more expected waves. The Service was extremely unprofessional, ungrateful, and wasn't worth the wait in line as far as getting a quick bite or snack at the concession stands. Highly overpriced food and not that tasty. The staff were on their phones, talking, and not being helpful running cashiers. There was 5 cashiers and only 2 of them were running the floor. I honestly wouldn't go back after spending $50 + per person not including taxes. It was only for 11am-5pm 6 hours is not enough for the price. In other states water parks last alot longer.

  The staff, waterslides and clean bathrooms get the stars the rest we got to level with. It is $58 to get in $25 (it's a walk) or $35 (vip) for parking. So to get in for a family of four $257 plus tax. Food starts at $15 it's okay food. If I could go back I would pack a cooler and buy the vip parking for a closer walk instead. The sauce bar one working ketchup and mustard nothing else 6 empty press downs line full of people getting food. $70 Wave pool went off every 30 minutes we were there. Not worth the wait there 4 attractions were closed. Thing happen it's end of season. There are no family showers that I saw no stalls in showers so if you are solo parenting Fathers and daughter and moms with sons this trip it's gonna be rough to clean your kids and protect their innocent. So here's the level. Fix your shower situation make a family shower bathroom. Fix the wave pool. You get five stars I'm not going to demand the cost go down I will say that for the $300 and 6 hours of fun I could have done an overnight at Great Wolf Lodge.
