  It's nice and clean. The changing rooms are clean and dry but a stall with a cheap shower curtain. No hooks, no benches. Our feet got burnt waiting for Crocodile mile. The plastic platform was in the sun and it wasn't just hot, my feet were actually red at the end of the night. You couldn't wear your water shoes on the ride. Would have helped though! I feel like they could have maybe one or two more pools. They have the wave pool, lazy river, two water playground structures, and then a ton of slides. I've been to water parks that just feel like there's more to do. Everything is spread out, and there are plenty of chairs, could use more shade canopies though. Plenty of tables for eating, and plenty of food places. Maybe a busy day you'd have to wait, we did go on a Tuesday.

  I bought a season pass and the platinum pass stated that I would get two free tickets and up to four half off tickets for guests for the pass. What it didn’t specify is that I could only use the free passes on certain days and the half off tickets couldn’t be used until August 1st. The second free pass can’t even be used until the end of August. That is basically towards the end of the season I paid for. That was not disclosed upon purchase, so I consider that false advertising. Who goes to a water park alone? Why do they have season passes and you can’t even use the perks during the entire season. Poor business practices in my opinion and I will not be purchasing a pass in the future. Buyer beware!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Raging Waves. The security staff at the entrance was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We were visiting with our 11-month-old baby and had baby food puree with us. We were told we could not bring it inside, even though it was for an infant. My wife had to walk all the way back to the car to leave it there. When she returned, the same security employee continued to treat us with suspicion and spoke to us disrespectfully, as if we were trying to break the rules. There is a big difference between enforcing a policy and treating families with basic respect. Staff members, especially those interacting with guests at the entrance, should be trained to communicate professionally and show compassion toward parents with infants. This experience left a very negative first impression, and I hope management addresses it.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The security staff at Raging Waves should be ashamed of how they treat guests. Their bag policy is a complete joke because it is enforced only when they feel like it. We watched countless people walk in with colored bags and mesh bags while our family was singled out and told that only a clear bag was allowed. To make matters even worse, the security staff couldn’t even explain their own rules correctly. They sent us back to our car, and after we returned, they changed what they were asking for, forcing us to walk all the way back to the parking lot a second time. I am pregnant and had two young children with me. It was extremely hot outside, and making us walk back and forth multiple times because of the staff’s incompetence and lack of communication was completely unacceptable. They showed absolutely no empathy or professionalism. If you have a bag policy, enforce it equally. Don’t let dozens of people walk in with prohibited bags while targeting others. That is unfair and feels discriminatory. This ruined the beginning of our day. Management needs to seriously retrain the security team because this level of inconsistency and poor treatment of guests is unacceptable. We spent a lot of money to visit this park and were treated with disrespect before we even made it inside. I would not recommend this park based on the way security treats paying customers.

  This place was pretty great until the new ownership took over. They had good food, which they inexplicably have changed over the past 2 years. Besides that, they have just now as of June decided to ban sealed water bottles. You can buy water there, or fill up your bottle in one of their warm filling stations. This place has got greedy & no measurable improvements to the park to go with it. figured with the alcohol sales generating more income they wouldn't come to banning drinking water into a loction that is branded around hot weather. Premium pass holders have to sit in the same line as others, then do a U-turn to go to the designated parking area for them. Seems really dumb. Not important for most but still just another example of bad logistics. They also often provide contradictory info as seen in the photo. Bring back sealed waters, the buckets of fries & popcorn
