  I CAN'T PRAISE THIS THEATER ENOUGH! My 3 friends and I went to this theater to see Young Washington tonight, the 7:10 show. The 3 or 4 young employees manning the ticket sales and concessions were SO friendly and helpful. I mean, we are 3 middle aged women, and they took the time to talk with us and talk about the movie and the theater. That made us feel very welcome. The price is right, much much less than other theaters ' admission fees. After I got home, I realized I had probably left my phone at my seat. Panic!!! I called the theater, and the young man went and looked at my seat, and found it underneath. I do not remember names or always notice name tags, but one young man was Mike. Another very helpful man said he was the Hiring Manager. There were 2 other young people who were working, and also very nice. I will always go to Spring Hill theater, and will tell all of my friends. Highly Recommended!

  Parking on three sides, easy entrance especially if your pre-order tickets, Very comfortable seats, clean bathrooms, in our case, very reasonable price for the movie. You might want to sign up for the Cinemark Rewards if you go to the movies more than three times a year. While the mall around it has been demolished, this relatively new theater is still there

  My son lives going here with his gf. He's never had a problem with prices or rude employees.

  Cinemark makes the movie experience fun and efficient. I like the online services such as ticket selection, QR code creation for admission and delivery of food/drink directly to our seats. Aisles are nice and wide so taking a center seat doesn't involve getting stepped on as people move in and out. Love the XD theater!

  I frequent this theater often, as it is minutes from my home. Today, 6.2.26, I am seeing a 10:20 PM showing in XD 1 auditorium. The auditorium was not cleaned, there is popcorn and garbage everywhere. I don't understand why it was not cleaned? Management please investigate. We shouldn't be clearing the garage off our seats. All the seating rows are full of garbage/debris.
