  Si buscas un área de recreo para tu hijo de 6 años o menos, esta bien para pasar par de horas y estas en este mall. Pero si esperas ver a PEPA en disfraz real, como indican en su página, puede ser que nunca aparezca!!. Llamé para confirmar a que hora sale el disfrazado de pepa y me dicen que no hay un horario fijo. Cuando fui me dicen que tal vez no saldrá hoy, pero que harán lo posible por que salga. Duré desde las 10:30am hasta las 2:30 pm esperando al supuesto disfrazado de PEPA y nunca salió. A esto me respondieron que lo sienten. El supervisor dijo que haría lo posible por apareciera pepa y no fué cierto. Mi hija de 2.5 años se quedó con todo el deseo de verla, y las horas en avión y autobuses que cogimos para ir a este lugar fueron en vano. Si hablaran claro y dijeran que sólo es un play ground evitaríam este problema. Por esta forma inescrupulosa de mercadeo le doy sólo 2 estrellas.

  It’s a great play area for a kids who enjoy watching Peppa Pig. But really even if your child does not watch. It’s a wonderful area for toddlers to play especially if it’s hot or you’re visiting and just need to allow the kids a space to enjoy. I would recommend bringing your own snack, snacks and water a little too pricey to purchase there in person. We went over July 4 weekend and it was not that busy, if you do plan on going allocate about 3 hours so that there’s enough time for the kids to really enjoy their time.

  My kids had a blast. We especially loved the life sized models of Peppa, her family and friends.

  Fun and safe place for little kids to play. There is also a train in the mall to ride around on your way out. It’s timed entry and I bought tickets the day before. I didn't see anything broken (including the goldfish bowl which has a (fake) goldfish in it and you can spin it around from the top). Another thing I'll say is you are only supposed to wear shoes on the sidewalk path that runs through the area. When you step onto the rugs, you are supposed to be in socks. No adults are following those rules and many are not enforcing those rules on their kids.

  Saturday July 25th at 1:30PM: KELLY THE SUPERVISOR is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Turned away me and my autistic daughter because she just turned 9 last month and the “rules” are that if she’s over 9 they need a child under 9 with them. She doesn’t have a younger sister so that means she will never be able to come back. It’s such an odd rule too because when she was 8, her 13 year old sister could join her. But now that she is 9 she can never come back? When I asked if they could just make a one time exception because we drove so far and I’d pay the “child” amount (which is more) I was rudely told no by KELLY. Peppa is her absolute favorite show and it’s such a shame and embarrassing that they turned us away after driving almost an hour to go specifically here. My daughter ended up crying all the way home and asked “why doesn’t peppa like me anymore?” The owner of this establishment should give this Kelly person a good talk because you just lost a big fan because of this embarrassing and sad situation you put us through. Absolute shame and disgusting! I hope you are proud of yourself Kelly, you just ruined a poor young girls weekend who just wanted to see her favorite character Peppa for an hour. My daughter said Kelly is the meanest person she has ever met and she never wants to watch peppa again because of you. SHAME ON YOU!!!
