  The family had fun but it was an expensive afternoon. We'll be back, but not on the regular given the prices and kind of out dated facilities.

  We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at Kristof’s and had such an amazing experience. Everything was organized so well, and the party package we upgraded to after reviewing with the host before the party was perfect for this age group. The amount of time for each activity felt just right, and the food and overall experience were exactly what we hoped for. It was especially fun for my husband and me because birthday parties at bowling alleys/arcades are nostalgic for us, so getting to share that tradition with our daughter made the day even more special. Several of the kids left saying they wanted to have their own birthday parties at Kristof’s, and the parents were just as impressed. That alone says a lot about the experience. What truly made our party exceptional, though, was our party helper, Maxwell. He went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure everyone had a great time. The kids absolutely loved him, and he checked in with us as the hosts, as well as with the other parents, throughout the party to make sure everyone had what they needed. He anticipated things before we even had to ask, and his positive attitude was contagious. It was so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and cared about making the party special for the kids. By the end of the party, several of our guests had asked for Maxwell’s name because they planned to request him for their own future parties. That’s the kind of impression he made. Whoever raised that young man should be proud. Thank you, Maxwell and the entire Kristof’s team, for making our daughter’s birthday one we’ll always remember.
