    Would have been a better experience had most of the games not been malfunctioning. The games would take the money off of the card but then wouldn’t let you play, happened to me for 4 games. Also, a few games that I wanted to play were not working. The place as a whole needs to do a maintenance/reboot on the games. The games stole about $10 off of my card. (Side note: They should also consider putting the actual bowling lanes back)

    First time here and the staff is great!especially Tim —- when he notices I looked nervous he went above and beyond when I couldn’t find my kids! He kept me calm when I was in pure panic, because I didn’t know there was a side laser tag room- he told me each room to make sure to check and all the areas the could possibly be—. Beyond grateful for his knowledge and helpful, sweet demeanor! Thank you Tim for all ur help!

    We were very disappointed with our experience at Scene 75, mainly because of how the employees treated our children. The laser tag was fun, and the arcade games that were working were fun as well. At the go-karts, my 11-year-old daughter accidentally bumped into the wall. I completely understand that safety rules need to be enforced, but the employee was unnecessarily rude. No rules or instructions were explained before the ride started, and instead of calmly explaining what happened, she spoke harshly to her, told her to get off the ride, and continued giving her dirty looks afterward. It was upsetting to see an employee treat a child that way. Later, when our kids went to the slides, the employee working that area never gave them the required socks. He then yelled at them for not wearing the correct socks and insisted they hadn’t scanned in. When my kids politely explained that they had, he dismissed them and continued being rude. Scene 75 is a place designed for families and children, so we expected employees to be patient, kind, and respectful while still enforcing the rules. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I hope management provides additional customer service training, especially on how to appropriately interact with children.

    We came to celebrate a friend’s birthday with a group of eight, and we had an awesome experience at Scene75! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole night run smoothly. A special shoutout to Cheryl, who went above and beyond to help our group throughout the evening. She was incredibly kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service overall. The food was great and I ordered the shack fries, which were LOADED with chicken! Will definitely have to order a pizza and wings next time around. Between the mini golf, rides, laser tag, arcade games, and all the interactive attractions, everyone in our group found something they enjoyed. We got there around 7PM to midnight when they closed. A night that kept us entertained from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d highly suggest Scene75 consider hosting a dedicated Adults Night promotion. It would be a huge hit for groups looking to enjoy all the attractions in a more adult-focused atmosphere. Thanks again to Cheryl and the entire team for making our friend’s birthday such a memorable one!

    We hosted our child’s birthday party here and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had at a venue that claims to be “hassle‑free.” We spent over $1,000 and received service that fell far below even the most basic expectations. Problems: • The service was terrible throughout. We constantly had to search for the server even for basic supplies. This caused us to spend more time dealing with service issues than celebrating our childs birthday. • Our server interrupted us while we were lighting the birthday candles to take care of payment. We asked her to wait until after the cake was served, but she insisted. We literally had to stop the process for 10 min to do this instead of doing it 10 min later. No family should have to stop a birthday celebration to pay a bill. • We paid for 2 hours of unlimited game play, but the cards did not work most of the time. We wasted 45 min with 20 restless kids while they tried to get the cards to work. They never put the wristbands on the kids or told anyone how the cards work and then blamed the kids for the cards not working. We eventually put funds on many of the kids cards because it was no longer worth dealing with the poor service. • Wet, unsafe room — The floor was still wet and slippery from being freshly mopped as kids entered. The room was also not ready on time — We were told we’d get in 15 minutes early; instead, we weren’t allowed in until the exact start time when we already had many guests there. • Missing basic supplies — We had to constantly track down the server for plates, cups, napkins, forks, spoons, and serving utensils. • Food not delivered as ordered — some food we paid for never came out, and we had to request it be removed from the bill. We shared all of this feedback with the venue afterward, and they never responded. Families deserve better than this. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because our experience was stressful, disorganized, and nowhere near the level of service we were promised. ☆Adding a follow up. I reached out as requested by their management in the response to my review. Two weeks later, no response. I stand by my original assessment that you should avoid entrusting your event to this place.
