  Looking for something to do on a Monday with the family and seen Monday funday for here, we've never been. Let me just tell you the service here by tim was outstanding, he answered any questions we had and was super polite especially to the kids answered any questions the kids had as well. I definitely recommend coming here A+ in my book

  My first time ever here, and I had so much fun! It was a bummer that the drop ride was closed for maintenance, but I will definitely be back when it reopens. Naulah C. at the front desk did an excellent job helping me. I had no idea what to get, and she explained everything very well and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. She even guided me online to look for deals. We ended up staying for hours and saw her working at at least four different stations — give her a raise! If you come here, definitely ask for Naulah to help you. She was the MVP!

  I recently hosted my son’s 12th birthday party at Scene 75 and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing especially considering I spent nearly $900 for the Unlimited package and private room rental. During the planning process, I specifically asked Sales Director Sherry Kenny if we could extend our private room time if needed. She replied via email that if the room was available after our party, onsite staff could allow an extension for $150 per hour if staffing permitted. Based on that communication, I asked upon arrival and was immediately told “no” because another party was supposedly scheduled after ours. However, no party ever entered that room, and we stayed long enough to verify that ourselves. Also keep in mind the center wasn't busy at all yesterday during the time we came. Our host was kind, but she appeared overwhelmed, disorganized, and responsible for too many tasks at once, which clearly impacted the level of service. We were rushed through food service, our gaming cards were delayed, and I had to ask multiple staff members to address the cold temperature in the room. I also requested that the TV sound be turned on in the private room, but no one ever responded to that request. The most disappointing part was that when our rental time ended, my guests and I had to move the party into the public area and sing Happy Birthday to my son at a cocktail table over loud music. That was embarrassing and not the experience I paid for or expected for my child’s celebration. For the amount of money spent, the customer service and execution were unacceptable. I truly wanted this to be a great experience, but it was disheartening from start to finish. I would strongly encourage management to improve communication, staffing, and customer care for private events. I wouldn't recommend this place for a private celebration at all nor if you are looking for great customer service perhaps another arcade/entertainment center can deliver on that as well.

  Absolutely awful! We had a 20+ person birthday party and had nothing but rude employees that acted bothered when u asked them for help. Half of the rides were blacked out because they didn’t have an attendant. My special needs brother was kicked off the go carts for running into a wall, which several kids had done right before him. They have an armed guard at the door and check your ID because they have safety issues at the venue. I wish I would have known that before booking a party. I voiced my concerns to management and received no response. 0/10 in every aspect.

  This afternoon my son was here for a birthday party. He was given his game card and wristband with the understanding the wristband was good for the attractions. I even asked the mom of the child whose birthday it was and she said it was good for the attractions. And yet when my son tried going in the bounce house type place, or roller coaster, etc they kept trying to charge me. And were very rude about it. I would love some clarification on when a party package says unlimited attractions, what that means? When I asked a worker, literally the ONE employee who wasn’t rude, she told me the bracelet just meant the kids were part of a party, they didn’t really mean anything. Is that true? Overall super disappointing and insanely overpriced to not have actual attractions included in a birthday package
