- PJPeace Jah1 day ago1.0Even though I frequent this movie theater regularly. There are some serious concerns that I have noticed I noticed that when I look around the theater as far as employment there is little to none African-Americans. That's concerning when we live in such a diverse community. Also there are moments when they're very poor behavior from management very dismissive to people who are of African-American race when they have a concern or issue. Aspect these circumstances to be a little more better. Or maybe it's just me but I have frequent other Marcus Theaters

I almost drove all the way up there just to buy cheeze bites from there!!😄 They were piping hot & fresh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, I will be back!!!!!!!!

I understand they are in the midst of a renovation, but for $52 dollars for 2 kids and 2 adults during a matinee, I would expect a cleaner movie theater and cleaner seats. Not to mention the cost of a 20 oz bottle of water was almost $7. I'd expect these prices at Disney World but a movie theater in O'Fallon Illinois and an AC that didn't seem to be on is pretty sad. I think we continue to pay Amazon for $30 rentals from this point on. The magic of movie theaters is quickly disappearing. Hopefully local management or Marcus Theater owners will wise up. These types of practices are not sustainable and its no wonder why Streaming Services continue to win.
