When I called late in the afternoon near the close time, the staff took a detailed note for me. Soon enough Jeff contacted me and not only answered all my questions but made great suggestions. When I visited the store Jeff already set everything up for me to try. He is very supportive and professional. I got a lot of great suggestions from him on electric violin. On top of the e-violin I was also able to upgrade the case and the bow for my own violin. I'm very satisfied with my puchase!!!
