This is a wonderful place for a thrilling experience with young children. The food at Mrs. Clause's Kitchen is very high quality tasting food. I highly recommend this place for a thrilling place for young children!
It's a nice smaller theme park mostly for the younger kids. Santa Springs was clean and had plenty of water slides for the kids. Even though I went on the weekend, it wasn't super crowded and lines moved pretty fast. Almost every ride was up and running. There is even a petting zoo. Parking is free but the lot isn't huge. I would recommend getting tickets when they have their Black Friday sales. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the food prices, but I understand why they are that way.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We visited the petting zoo on a 90° day in Illinois, and the conditions for the animals were awful. There was no water and no fans, and the animals looked miserable, overheated, and completely lethargic. Watching them sit there in that heat was honestly heartbreaking.
What made it even worse was the staff’s attitude. When we brought our concerns to them, instead of taking it seriously, they rolled their eyes. Apparently, basic concerns about animals being left in extreme heat are an inconvenience to the people who are supposed to be caring for them.
This wasn’t just disappointing—it was disturbing. If you’re going to keep animals at an attraction during 90° weather, providing them with water, shade, ventilation, and proper care should be the absolute bare minimum.
I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope someone takes a serious look at how these animals are being cared for. Those animals deserve better than this.
We were just here on Sunday and while we enjoyed everything, the lack of care of the animals in that petting zoo is disgusting. They are shoved in small spaces, It was about 89 on Sunday and half the animals didn’t have water right to get an employee to get water and she gave me an attitude. The goats were pissed, i’d say 15 baby piglets shoved with the mom in a tiny enclosure. It’s gross I also reported two other agencies.
Santa's Village is such an amazing place for kids! But what I wanted to compliment it on is the Management. We've had an unexpected experience that, after a heavy rain, a lottle while ago, black grease ran onto a carousel horse, and it got smeared all over my little girl's clothes and shoes. While it was upsetting that it all got ruined, the General Manager Brian was absolutely wonderful! He totally took care of us -he acknowledged the damage, agreed to reimburse us for the stained/ruined clothes and shoes, obviously, checking and fixing the carousel, and then he even gave my little girl a candy cane and a little toy as a comforting gift, which my daughter loves and cherishes now, to make her feel better🙏💖
The level of customer service I've received there was nothing short of outstanding!!! And I don't remember having such amazing customer service ANYWHERE else for many years!!!
If you experience any issues or run into some trouble, see Brian, he will help you with everything, and will make your family feel welcomed, understood, and appreciated🤗!
