  I rarely leave reviews, but after nearly a year of ongoing frustration, I feel compelled to share our experience. Our wedding day was one of the most important days of our lives — a day that was supposed to be beautifully captured so we could relive those memories for years to come. Unfortunately, what we are left remembering most is the disappointment, aggravation, and stress caused by the lack of communication, accountability, and ownership from this team. Since our wedding, my husband and I have experienced repeated miscommunication, delays, and a complete lack of proactive updates regarding photos and products we paid for in full. We also provided a generous tip, expecting professionalism and care throughout the process. Instead, we have spent nearly a year having to repeatedly follow up, ask for updates, and “hound down” answers regarding products and albums that were promised to us. The most upsetting part is not simply the delay — it is the feeling of being ignored and having to chase down communication for something tied to such an important life event. Rather than feeling excited to receive our wedding memories, the experience has been overshadowed by unnecessary stress and disappointment. Mistakes and delays can happen, but accountability, transparency, and communication matter. Unfortunately, those things were consistently lacking throughout our experience. We truly hoped for better, especially for a day that was meant to feel perfect and memorable for all the right reasons.

  Frank at Concept One was absolutely amazing and we are so happy we chose them for our wedding photobooth! He arrived on time, had everything set up perfectly, and was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire night. Our guests absolutely loved the photobooth and kept complimenting us on how fun and unique the whole experience was. One of our favorite part was the guestbook station where guests could leave photo strips and write messages for us. It became such a special keepsake from our wedding day, and we loved that Frank bound the book for us at the end of the night so we could immediately take it home and cherish it forever. On top of all of that, he quite literally helped save the day when my dress accidentally caught fire from a candle, crazy but true! He reacted immediately and helped put it out so calmly and quickly. We truly cannot thank him enough for everything and would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for an amazing photobooth experience and an even more amazing person to work with!

  They are definitely one of the best when it comes to choosing a photographer within the Chicago land area. Bryon was an amazing photographer who did a great job with the pictures and we ended up having a great time with the bridal party. He made us comfortable and accommodated all of our requests. Frank went above and beyond to make our day special for the groomsmen. We worked with Frank for most of our administration paperwork and signing. We chose the classic package as it fitted our situation the best. The guests loved the sign-in book with the photo booth that we had. The photo booth images were great and people took the physical copies with them. Our professional photos came out perfect and they took thousands of photos of us, the wedding party and our guests. We loved all of them. The digital photos were ready for downloading within 2 - 3 months after the wedding. The two wall art images and the flush mount album were so beautiful. The only downside was that the album and the wall art took 7-8 months to get to us. Please follow instructions in a timely manner to make sure you get your album. We followed instructions for our album within 1-3 weeks of unlocking each step and it still took almost a year for the album. We were relatively punctual about our emails from concept one but the process on their side took 4+ months to get back with updates or approvals. Expect a delay if you choose Concept One; you are not going to get your physical photos and albums in less than 4 months. That said, it was well worth the wait for the physical copies along with the amazing day of experience! Highly recommend!
