  I liked the theater and food leading into the movie and would have given 5 stars. Initially, the seats were clean and comfortable. However, the reclining chairs made a loud mechanical sound each time anyone touched the buttons. Of course, some kids were playing with the sound the whole time which impacted the movie experience. Probably will not be back because of the recliners. Might as well go somewhere else or stay home.

  Employee took photos or videos of myself and my wife after a movie. I called the cops to get assistance because I was uncomfortable. The manager on duty did nothing. Just talked to the employee. Totally not a safe place and they guy was obviously creepy.

  I visited my favorite Jordan Creek location on Tuesday night, July 21st to see Obsession and was really looking forward to it. The crowd was lively—people were laughing and chatting about the film, which seemed to be the general atmosphere. Unfortunately, another guest who appeared intoxicated complained about our group. The manager came over, did not ask for our side of the story, and immediately sided with them without any investigation. I waited until after the movie to speak with him. When I asked why he hadn't bothered to hear us out, he gave no real answer. Worse, he refused to provide his name and would not acknowledge my concerns. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout our exchange. I've always enjoyed this theater, but the management's handling of this situation was completely unprofessional. Better training in conflict resolution and customer communication is urgently needed.

  This theater is dangerous... for my wallet. 😂 I went in planning to watch a movie and somehow left with enough snacks to survive a road trip. I love the setup where you can grab your own popcorn, candy, drinks, and food before checking out instead of standing in one long concession line trying to remember what you wanted. It's so much faster and way less stressful. The theater has tons of screens, so there's always something playing, it's conveniently located inside the mall, and the food selection is honestly way better than most movie theaters. The seats were comfortable, everything was clean, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Now if someone could invent a way to stop me from buying "just one more snack," this place would be absolutely perfect!
