- RBRyland B3 days ago2.0Quality theaters with great sound and comfortable seating, but my experiences haven't been the best here. My partner and I went to see an R-rated horror movie very recently and were shocked when we walked into the theater and saw a family with three, maybe four children that couldn't be any older than 6. They ran around and screamed the entire time, complained and stomped when they didn't get what they wanted, and generally made the experience very unpleasant. Parents made no move to remove their children, nor did the staff seem to care that they themselves sold tickets for a 17+ rated movie to a party made up almost entirely of elementary schoolers. I'm all for taking kids to the movies, but this is just crazy. For now, I guess I'll stick to Flix when I want to see something above PG-13.

The employee helping us was on her phone, seemed uninterested in assisting customers, and came across as rude and disrespectful. It felt like she didn’t care about providing good service, which left a bad first impression. That being said, the theater itself was clean, the movie was great, and the rest of the experience was enjoyable. I just hope management addresses the customer service at the front desk, because first impressions matter and it took away from what otherwise would have been a great visit.
