  Had the best experience with Tanner when we went to the movies. The nicest young man one could meet! Keep up the great job! Hope to see you again next time we are there!

  Great theater. Been coming here since I was a kid. But no one should have to wait 25 minutes for a popcorn. I understand understaffing is an issue everywhere, but you have six concession registers and only open 2-3 on a busy day. Not to mention- the self serve ticket printing machines have been down for a month now, if the ticket machines are broken you should NOT only have ONE PERSON selling tickets. It’s actually ridiculous. A lot of your staff is great, but some staff you have working, have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. Yall need to have a serious team meeting.

  I went to this movie theater for the first time today. I wasn’t prepared to wait 20 mins in line for popcorn & a drink. So I sent my family into the movie while I waited in line. I missed part of the movie because of this. We went out of town for this specific movie & I was used to the experience at our hometown theater. I definitely should have showed up earlier. The seats are comfortable & it was clean.

  I've been a loyal customer for years and have had a membership for many years now too but lately I've had multiple bad experiences and today was enough for me. Kids are just allowed in these rated R films cause no one is ever stationed where tickets are checked. Two groups in the same theater being loud and obnoxious throughout the film. Asked to be quiet but continue to be disruptive. Probably a one third into the movie's runtime, I leave and ask for a refund. The staff never once asked where and who was doing it. They only said, "here's your refund and sorry that happened." That to me says that they do not care. So if that's the case they won't get my money anymore. I canceled my membership and will happily take my money to The Last Picture House.
