I hate this whole experience because of the concessions, which is a core part of the experience. Stood in line for half an hour, missing the previews and the beginning of the movie, just to pay $25 for an xl popcorn and 2 drinks. Came back for a refill when there were only a couple people in line. Got to front of the line and cashier simply walked away. Waited a min and he never came back. Walked to another line behind one person and still ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes while they got hot food. This is a joke. Cut out the hot food and delivery to the seats and open a few more registers with some cashiers with basic customer service abilities. I hate this whole experience because of the concessions. Staying home next time.
Concessions are a joke. Totally ruined my experience, and not the first time. I'll just watch at home from now on.
Cinemark is a joke. I had a horrible experience involving one of your employees last month and according to corporate I’m still waiting on a callback due to high callback volume. Your employees need more training.

I have never had a bad experience at Cinemark. Whether we are going for the XD or the IMAX, it is always our first choice for a movie night. The theaters are always clean, the seating is comfortable, and the picture and sound quality are top-tier.
The staff is friendly, the concessions are always fresh, and the whole experience is just seamless. It’s the perfect spot to catch a blockbuster the way it was meant to be seen. 5 stars for the best cinema experience in the Quad Cities!

Concessions and the staff were friendly and good. IMAX screen and the seats were wholly disappointing. Sound was good. Really just wasnt any more impressive than our local theater for the 1.5 hour drive and the seats were uncomfortable at best. Won't be making a special trip again. Also, game room was closed for no apparent reason without explanation.
