  This has always been my favorite spot to go watch movies. Yesterday the team made my day by helping me fix my own mistake with no questions asked. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Some context for why this made me so happy: My grandpa just found out his cancer returned and going to the movies has been our thing since I moved out of the family home. Recently I’ve had to work two jobs so I slacked on going at all due to costs. What happened: I accidentally booked for a movie at a different location (Jordan Creek) and was fully prepared to pay for that mistake so that our tradition that had been on pause could continue but the manager traded the tickets for one at the Altoona location for a similar time so that we could still enjoy. Overall: I can’t remember the name of the employee who originally was assisting me and even got a hot dog ready for me but if you guys see this. Thank you so much for making my day and letting us trade for a movie at your location. I’ll be sure to double check my future tickets so it doesn’t happen again. My grandpa thoroughly enjoyed Primetime, as did I.

  I took my teenage grandson & his 2 friends to a movie & I went to another movie at the same time. The boys got kicked out, and they wouldn't let them come get me! So they were just walking around outside for the duration of my movie. I knew nothing about the situation until afterwards. I would support them if the boys did something wrong, but come on, atleast come & get me instead letting them just wonder around !

  Pretty good experience. All of the ticket reader machines were down though so u had to wait in three different lines to get tickets.

  Terrible only because the food was the worst I've ever had my nachos chips where expired the popcorn never had it that bad so the only thing I can think of there is bad butter oh and the kid serving us had to be on mushrooms ordered a hot dog he couldn't open the bunn then throw the bunn away and told me it would be 10 minutes like what told the manager he was nice he apologized and offered free tickets but I won't go back when you spend 90 dollars for 4 people and the only thing that was good was the movie and my pop no I'm good
