  Room was booked for a kids party. Previous folks party was 15 minutes over the time limit. Another is the workers uniforms are not appropriate to work around kids. The referee shirts are fine but the black bootie shorts and skin tight shorts that fit like underwear with the pockets peaking out was in poor taste. Butt cheeks are out this is an area for kids to play not a strip club. They also need to monitor adult behavior. There was a single adult male in the dodge ball area and he was targeting certain kids to throw the ball full force at. These kids at first were around 6 and under. In this video there are more kids and some older then when he first started hitting kids full force. This was the 4th time This was a single video but he did this 4-5 times until he noticed he was being videoed. Let the kids play, they dont need your help. If you want to play then throw those balls at your kid.

  They have an family type of environment. If you take your kids here, they'll definitely have fun. My kids rated it 10 out 10. They didn't want to go home.

  Online advertising mentions a "toddler area". There was no such toddler area available. The safest standards in this facility are very low: big extension cords in the middle of the floor for kids to trip over, metal pieces all over the floor for kids to step on, the stairs that lead to the bottom and out the side door are not properly barricaded, bigger kids knocking down babies and toddlers. Too overpriced and unsafe, especially for babies and toddlers. Some of the vending machines and arcade games not working and charging money while broken. Overall, my kids had fun but I was worn out trying to keep them all safe.

  It was an awesome opportunity, to have a chance to ride the light of cars, to be able to do the jump, to be able to play laser tag, and to enjoy all the other amenities it was pretty awesome

  you may want to know the crap we had to deal with today! My little guy wanted to try out your outdoor event, after paying the fee amount, we went to go outside and the door was locked so we went back to the desk and let them know that the door was locked and no-one was there, so she told us that someone was on the way, it took 3 try’s to get someone to go outside, then all the lady did was grumble on the phone about her job and how hot it was…. In the mean time my 6 year old little guy is wondering if she was talking to him… so confusing to a child! Then we went inside for a bit and he wanted to go back outside to play on the escalator, she told him that they were not working, which was a lie, she didn’t want to go back outside, I ask if we could go outside without her, she had an attitude so I ask where was her supervisor… I let her supervisor know that we needed someone else to go outside without us. I’m not even sure she put the safety harness on correctly, safety issue you! 2 of 4 machine worked outside, bathrooms were not working, 2 portable toilets were on the front in 97 degree sun, many of the arcade machines were not working. The manager gave us a arcade card on the house, she apologize for her employee… Needless to say our experience was unpleasant and unacceptable! No plans on going back anytime soon! Horrible experience!!!!
