Kids had a great time for a birthday party. The staff are super, it really seems like each person I came into contact with really likes working here. Shakira did a great job hosting the party and Ebrima sis a wonderful job cooking the pizza.

New management sucks, won’t honor coupons that were given out 2 weeks ago. No recliners and the manager literally yelled at the sweetest guy working the counter, bc he said he wanted him to teach him what to do since it was a new process. Bobracan was the sweet boys name I think, he’s from west Africa. Nicest kid ever! Five star customer service! Big air, 2 stars 👎

Ebonie at Big Air Hiram is absolutely amazing! She always has a smile on her face and brings such positive energy to everyone around her. As a court monitor, she’s attentive, friendly, and helps make sure everyone is having a great time safely. She’s also a wonderful party host who goes above and beyond to make celebrations fun, organized, and memorable. Her kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm really stand out. Big Air is lucky to have her on their team, and she always helps create a great experience for guests. Highly recommend!

It always smells like feet inside. They used to print stickers and give them to parents to put on their kid(s) but now they have wrist bands and they write the time. & parents can NOT put the wrist band on their own kid(s). When asked I was told no due to “company policy” when I asked to see the policy I was told the GM can be called. They have changed the seating on the inside to include a bunch of massage chairs now …. which of course are not free. The prices range from $5.50-$15.50. The zip lime area has NEVER worked …. i don’t think it ever has long as they have been open. Also they no longer have the 1 hour pass and when you provide your number you also have to say your kid(s) name(s) which is weird. If I come to the counter with X amount of kid(s) and my profile shows C amount of kids …. Why are their names needed? If you stay over your jump time the staff will also tell the kid(s) that they can no longer jump. Never saw this happen until today. They also have it announced over the intercom which color wristbands needs to leave when the time is up, but I doubt anyone pays attention to that considering kids are yelling, running, and it’s loud. Out of 10 Big Air is like a 4.5 out of 10

**RIP OFF FOR PARENTS OF TODDLERS** Big Air now charges parents of toddlers full admission just to supervise and play with their own children, effectively doubling the cost of a family visit. This policy change came to my attention on 5/30/26. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was old enough to walk. For years, Big Air was one of our favorite weekend activities. We came almost every weekend, and often multiple times per weekend. Recently, Big Air eliminated their chaperone pass policy. As a result, our visits went from roughly $25 to around $55 because I now have to pay full price just to accompany my 3-year-old son. I’m not using the trampolines, obstacle courses, or attractions for myself. I’m simply there to supervise my child, keep him safe, and spend time with him. Charging parents full admission for that feels like a cash grab rather than a customer-focused decision. For a family-oriented business, this policy does the exact opposite of making family activities accessible. Instead of encouraging parents to be involved with their young children, it effectively doubles the cost for families with toddlers. What used to be an affordable weekend tradition has become a $100+ expense every weekend. That’s simply not realistic for many families. It’s disappointing to see a business that markets itself as a place for families implement a policy that disproportionately affects parents of young children. After years of being a loyal customer, this change has made it impossible for us to justify coming back. Not spending another dime here.
