Awesome experience with XD and DBox for Street Fighter. Pre-ordered our snacks online and they were delivered to our seats!

I visit Tinseltown Fayetteville often that I should have a membership, however October 17, 2026 I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the seating food in the seats and the tray tables were covered in spills from sticky red soda that stained my child clothes because she sat down before we saw it. My husband went to ask someone to clean it ok they came in we stepped out while they were cleaning. We returned to our seats just find they never wiped anything just ran a vacuum and walked out, we had to wipe down everything ourselves in order to sit the seating we paid for online because the movie was starting there no time to get into it any further, I expected better from staff there because its never been a issue before, so I'm assuming you don't clean between showings 😣please do better this was disgusting Tinseltown Fayetteville

Very nice theater! Came here with my girlfriend to see "Flywheel: Ignition of the Soul" and it was so awesome! We will definitely come back to this theater soon!

I like the new and the improvements they have different seating areas. Wow seats are very comfortable. Some seats are adjustable Very spacious for your feet and room to get by. Very clean restrooms, movie theater, good customer service, different snacks that will catch your eye. Something new and I like it you actually can buy movie merchandise. Fresh popcorn all the time. 😋 with different flavors we had cheese popcorn 🍿 I can’t forget you also can buy tickets online if you don’t wanna wait in line🥰 they also have special movie 🎥 day or nights 1/2 prices tickets 🎟️ available

We were refused entry today at 6:30 to see Primetime. I am 22 and my brother is 12. We have been allowed entry to see R rated movies for years and not once have been refused entry. This “manager” told us that due to policy since I was not his parent I couldn’t consent to him watching the movie. He told me to refund my tickets or swap them to seen something PG. He then insinuated that we would sneak into another movie and be escorted out if we were caught. For context, we are black and he is a middle-aged white man. This felt like an unnecessary comment to make and made us extremely uncomfortable. We have had a membership at this location for 3+ years and frequently come to watch new films. I have never experienced such an inconvenience and I even asked him for information regarding the policy. He proceeded to stumble over his words and couldn’t even tell me when the policy was put into effect. Please reprimand this dude or get rid of him, his customer service is TERRIBLE. We will not be renewing our membership this year and will be finding a new movie theater to make our regular. Good luck on keeping people around with him.
