  Make sure you go when Lori is working. She is great with the kids and you can tell she truly loves her job. Every time we go my kids ask me is Lori working 🤣🤣

  Great experience for our grands and us. Jaylyn was super courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and every employee was friendly and helpful. Well organized and a great place to spend time unwinding and making memories!

  This place is really great for kids and adults... We go every other weekend now... Love it and it has so much to do. Prices are great but the food could use a upgrade. The good is not good at all.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had such a great experience at Big Air! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Kaiyah. She was so welcoming, patient, and made sure everyone was having a good time. You can tell she genuinely cares about making customers feel comfortable and having fun. Definitely made the experience better! 💕
