If I could leave 0 stars I would. I attended a birthday party for my nephew today, and from the point of checking in, it was beyond unorganized. The staff is responsible for taking guest’s gifts and keeping them on a cart until it is time for the party. My gift was given to another child/stolen and my nephew never received his gift. I lost $50+ and was given no compensation or reimbursement for this. If you’re going to require that gifts be held on to by staff until the party starts, at least ensure that your staff triple checks to make sure that the gift is put on the CORRECT party room cart. Really disheartening as this was our first visit here and my boys were excited. We will definitely not be back.

Anita and Clifford were amazing. When we got the Sunday special, the kids had just eaten so I asked that the pizza be put in the warmer until they were ready. When we went to get the pizza, Clifford and Anita had them make us a new one because it had been in the warmer too long…and it was brought out to us. Way to make us feel special and thank you for making it a day to remember!

At 7 PM May 4, 2026 took 2 grandboys to Big Air in Warner Robins who have Elite Passes to jump for an hour. It took someone 7 minutes to come to front desk, which I said nothing. When he took pass he was unable to find waiver. This happens every time we come, and it was the 4th time. So I said not again, why does this always happen. He of course didn't know. I told him he needed to find the waive, which he was unable too. But, he had to call the Manager. I said too her why is this always a problem when we come here. I definitely had an attitude, but did not yell. She though, was very nasty, did not apologize, turned to her staff and said isn't she rude, looked up waiver and found name of person who signed it and said who is that , and I said their mother, why, she said there was no waiver, I said yes there is...she blew a fit and said we are done, you need to leave , they are not jumping at all. I am not doing anything else for you. I said no, I am not leaving. She said I am calling the police. I said go ahead. The 10 year old started crying. She just starting screaming at me at the top of her lungs. I knew the one girl who has helped me before and she was going to come over and was yelled at by the Manager and told do NOT talk or go over to her. They staff just put their heads down like scared little rabbits. The boys begging me to leave. I said I am not screaming at you, and she said but I am at you. So I left before the police came. Now the boys do not want to go there any more. What kind of establishment is this, and I paid $400.00 for passes that she can just ban me at her whim. She is not good management at all. When a police car came he followed me out of the parking lot. So you sell passes, and then lose our waivers, and if we get frustrated you ban us for the day and call the police!!!! WOW

3 stars The party itself was a huge hit with the kids (I had fun too!) — super fun trampolines, activities, pizza, and everything you’d want for a birthday. My toddler even had a ball — wore me out! Highly recommend for the actual experience! 5/5 for this part alone. However, the process was frustrating. Check-in took 30 minutes, and at checkout they tried charging almost double the expected tax on our $325 package (showing $336.38 subtotal + $28.60 tax instead of the correct ~$22.75 at 7% GA rate). The GM said it was ‘tax on top of tax’ but couldn’t explain it clearly. They eventually corrected it after 30 minutes. Now the receipt shows $12.18 still owed, but my math shows closer to $17.23. Another unclear billing issue. Tip for parents: Get a clear itemized breakdown before paying and double-check the final receipt. Fun venue, but they need to tighten up the admin side.

I am giving 2 stars because this place is ridiculously loud for no reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Turn down the music and tone down the announcement. It is way to much. You can't hear staff talk to you when checking in or ordering. Parents and kids have complained. Why the need I don't know. You can't hear if a child is hurt and screaming or anything. Otherwise this is a good place for kids to play. I also want to point out that the person who announces that your order is ready is extremely loud. This has happened numerous times and they know what they doing. It's a different person each time. I noticed the folks are laughing when they see people jump after they make the announcement. Its annoying , not funny and hurts our ears. Even people with ear buds have to pull theirs out. Perhaps a buzzer over an announcer. I also noticed that I am the 3rd reviewer who has mentioned the loud music and the owner said they would fix it. It still has not been corrected. Again turn down the music and very loud announcements.
