  Absolutely the best trampoline park, especially for a birthday party! Had a double party here for my boys and it was amazing and affordable. The staff went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. The kids all had a blast, the host made sure everything went perfectly and helped every step of the way, and the facility was very clean and well staffed. Big Air is definitely going to be our go-to!

  I'm so glad we chose Big Air Augusta for our child's birthday party! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Booking was simple, and I really appreciated the reminder/check-in call about a week before the party. On the day of the party, everything was so well organized that I truly didn't have to worry about a thing. They handled all of the gifts and cupcakes, keeping everything neatly organized on a cart and bringing it into the party room at just the right time. The party host served the kids, made sure everyone had what they needed, and kept everything running smoothly so we could actually enjoy celebrating with our guests instead of managing logistics. The facility was also exceptionally clean, which is something I noticed immediately. A special thank you to Judy, who is an absolute pro at hosting birthday parties. She was organized, attentive, friendly, and anticipated every need before I even had to ask. As a parent, it was incredibly refreshing to feel like I could simply enjoy my child's special day instead of worrying about every little detail. If you're considering having a birthday party here, I can't recommend Big Air Augusta enough. They made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and so much fun!

  Great place to take your kids. Very clean, great staff, and great prices and deals. One of the better trampoline parks around here compared to the others!!

  Big Air is the best trampoline park in town. The facilities are spotless, the rides/trampolines are really cool, but the staff really made the difference. They were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. They carefully monitored the attractions and made sure the kids were playing safe. My boys and I will definitely be back!

  My son had a party there today and Im glad he did. I have anxiety so bad when it comes to parties and wanted everything to be perfect with family and friends coming from out of town. Let's start with Noah, he accommodated me and my guest when he didn't have to making my day easier he was also patient while i was frantic. Aniya and Demarion stepped in and assisted me with decorating although at the moment they weren't my host. Aniya ended up being my host and was very patient, polite, and attentive. Brandon also was a very polite and attentive host. Im truly thankful that I had them to take the edge off. Lastly Katlyn and Ashlyn made sure our food was correct and hot and was very patient and polite while ordering extras. Despite them working in a hot kitchen from the oven they still smiled and provided excellent service. My anxiety was on 10 when I walked through the door. Withing 20 minutes I was calm and able to enjoy my family and friends thanks to staff. I cannot say thank you enough but im beyond thankful. Definitely recommend, they have the patience of Job and heart of Gold! Lol. I hope corporate realize they have an excellent team representing their company!
