  Today, we celebrated our boys birthday and did a party package there. Let me tell you.....the staff was the most helpful and friendliest staff there was! Everybody was willing to help and assist in every way. We love all the attractions here and sooooo happy that everything is included in the price. I upgraded my food bundle and they were accommodating in all my requests. They set up the party and all we did was show up and enjoyed the day. My host for the party was such a great help. Whatever I asked her for, she was able to provide it for us. I wished I got her name, but this mom was all over the place to have asked for her name. Wasn't even sure if they had name tags. If they did, I sure missed it. 😅 She had bright blue hair...so whoever she was...she was lovely. Shout out to Noah for being such a gentleman! I was outside, in the blazing heat, putting goodies bags together (I know....I was not prepared for the party😅) He saw me and offered to help bring the stuff inside so I could get out of the heat. Since I had already started and there was too much stuff to bring in at the time, I declined his offer but he did bring me a cart so I could put all the goodie bags on there instead of trying to carry it all by myself. Such a thoughtful group of workers there. Thanks Big Air for being so kind and helpful with making my boys bday an unforgettable experience. We will be back! 😊😊😊

  Cayden was a great help putting the little ones on the zip line and even trying the mechanical bull. We will definitely be back!

  The place is great and a lot of fun for the kids. The only downside is the shoes are not secured or watched and we had some stolen. We were given no help to resolve the issue. Make sure to keep and eye on your things.
