    Nice set up overall. Now you may not be able to tell from the vid but the cup holder was broken. Not the biggest issue or complaint but when you are charging premium price, i expect a premium experience and my date didnt like that too much being it was on herside lol so it took away from the experience so i have take away a star. Now the service overall was actually pretty good. Very tentative and to be in a theater watching a movie good to feel that they didmt forget about you and checked in on you without taking away from the movie experience. Also the food is pretty good. Now its priced at a mid tier restraunt level giving you reasonable portions for expectations of where you are at. You are going to order a meal and get the itis. Food portions to make you satisfied. Not full. But the food was overall good. I had a pizza that was suprisingly delicious and drinks that were great. Would def visit again. Went to see the MJ movie there great experience overall.

    "I am a frequent guest at this iPic location. Please check my account, I come here all the time, and my records will easily verify that. I attended the 7:00 PM showing of Mortal Kombat II on 5/12, but my experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order for my usual meal, and it took over an hour to arrive. I hit the service button to ask what was taking so long because guests around me who had ordered after I did were already receiving their hot food. The server's excuse was that they were "backed up," which made no sense since others were being served fine. No one ever proactively checked on us or gave us an ETA on our food. When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and the fries were stale, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. This is honestly a food safety concern. At that point, my cousin stepped out to speak to management. The staff then grabbed a second manager, claiming my cousin was yelling. This manager came out completely defensive and on a power trip, telling us we could leave if we were going to yell. I had just stepped out of the theater myself, so now I was being accused of something I didn't even do. In reality, we just wanted to know what was going on and why the staff wasn't being honest about our order. Between the delays and dealing with management outside the theater, I missed over 30 minutes of the movie. I asked for a full refund for both the meal and our tickets. The manager only refunded the food and refused to refund the tickets, even though I missed a significant portion of the movie dealing with their service failure. When I asked for the General Manager's phone number, he refused to give it to me. He then told me I had to fill out a corporate form on the website. I pulled up the website right in front of him to show there was no form. Only after I proved him wrong did he claim the form "only appears from 9 AM to 5 PM." An online form doesn't just disappear outside of business hours. He clearly made that up just so we would leave and he wouldn't have to deal with the issue. I expect a full refund for everything. As a loyal customer, this was by far the worst service I have ever received here, made worse by a manager who would rather lie to a guest than handle a problem properly. Please call or email me. I've shared this with my team already. I'm hoping you resolve this privately, but I expect a full refund for everything.

    Going to the movies is one of my favorite things to do. The big screen, the smell of popcorn, the candy, etc. IPIC went above and beyond the typical movie theater experience. This is an upscale experience with reclining seats that includes 2 seats per pod. Super cozy for a date night. Complimentary blankets are included at every seat for your enjoyment, at no additional cost. Now let’s get to the fun part! IPIC is not your typical movie theater as they have a full bar with cleverly crafted cocktails, my favorite had to be the Lavender Lemonade. It’s cool and refreshing and so esthetically beautiful that you question if you should drink it or admire it. But wait there is more, on top of having a full service bar they also have a full menu! Yes you still have the typical popcorn and candy option but they also include such dishes as spicy tuna on crispy rice, charcuterie and cheese platter, lobster rolls just to name a few. Everything is savory and delicious! They do validate parking, allowing guests to park in the garage for a discounted rate. Validation usually brings the cost to approximately $3–$3.50 for 4.5 hours. The cost of tickets range from $14 - $28 per ticket. I have come many times and plan on coming back many times more. IPIC has officially become my favorite theater! 🎥 🎬 🍿

    As someone who has genuinely loved and supported IPIC Theaters for years, it is disappointing to say that the quality of both the food and service has declined significantly. I’ve visited three times within the past month, and unfortunately each experience has been consistently poor. Most recently, my food order was made incorrectly because the kitchen staff did not properly read or follow the modifications I specifically requested. After waiting nearly 50 minutes for the issue to be corrected, I ultimately asked for the order to simply be canceled. Despite that request, the food was still brought out. When the nachos finally arrived, they were cold and still not prepared correctly. At that point, it became difficult to understand the value in ordering food at all if it is consistently delayed, incorrect, or served cold. What is most frustrating is that this is not an isolated experience. Over my last several visits, the food quality has noticeably declined, and the level of attentiveness from staff has not reflected the premium experience IPIC was once known for. Simple requests and directions are not being followed, and service timing has become unacceptable. I say this as someone who has long been an IPIC loyalist and has enthusiastically recommended the brand to others for years. That is exactly why this is so disappointing. IPIC built its reputation on elevated service, atmosphere, and quality dining, and right now the experience no longer aligns with that standard. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to make meaningful improvements, especially if there is any intention of maintaining customer loyalty and long-term success. Many of us truly want to see IPIC return to what made it special in the first place.

    Tonight’s experience at IPIC Atlanta was extremely disappointing. My husband and I have been loyal customers of this theater for the past three years, and unfortunately this was by far the worst service we have received, especially for a Tuesday night. We arrived just in time for our movie, but still early enough that staff were actively taking orders before the previews and commercials had even started. Our order was very simple: drinks and food. While watching the movie, I noticed it took over 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Later, when we realized our nachos had still not come out, we pressed the service button and asked our server, Tory (I believe, blonde hair), about the status of the order. She mentioned she would check on it, but never returned to follow up. There was no apology, no update provided, and no effort made to address the issue. Yet, last call was done and she still had asked if we wanted anything else and without frustration we still let her know that we still hadn’t received our food. So yeah, to make matters worse, the bill still included charges for the drinks as well as gratuity, despite the overall poor experience and the forgotten food order. My husband and I both understand how demanding the hospitality industry can be, and we are typically very understanding when delays happen. However, what was most disappointing tonight was the complete lack of communication, empathy, and accountability regarding the situation. After years of consistently enjoying this establishment, we left unhappy with the level of service we received tonight.
