We came here to watch Harry Potter, and the movie itself was great. The screen quality was excellent, and the theater experience would have been enjoyable if not for the terrible service. Our server, Steve, took our order for wings with Yuzu sauce and ranch, four shots of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, a Coke, and an iced tea. The wings arrived quickly, but we waited about 20 minutes for the shots. When the food arrived, instead of ranch and blue cheese, he brought us two blue cheese dressings. When I tasted the rum, I immediately knew it was not Captain Morgan. I called Steve over, and he insisted that it was. However, I know what Captain Morgan tastes like. I eventually took the glasses to the bar myself, where the bartender informed me that they didn’t even have Captain Morgan in stock. That means Steve had lied to us. Later, we ordered fries with ranch dressing. The fries arrived with ketchup instead. The most concerning part happened at the end. Our bill was about $119. I handed Steve $200 in cash. He disappeared for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked another server about my change. When Steve finally returned, he told me, “We don’t accept cash.” At first, I honestly thought he was implying that the remaining $80 was his tip. Seriously? A 70% tip? Then he asked me how much change I wanted back. I asked what the final total was, and he told me $130. I requested the receipt, and when he brought it, the total was actually around $119.50. Once again, he had given me incorrect information. When he finally returned with my change, he asked, “No tip?” At that point, I couldn’t believe it. This review is not about the money. I have no problem tipping for good service. What bothers me is being repeatedly misled and feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of me. Between the wrong items, the long waits, the false information about the alcohol, and the confusion surrounding the bill, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The movie was great. The screen was great. But I would strongly recommend not ordering food or drinks if you end up being served by Steve.

Parking is a little hard to find with the newly built alleyway but once you turn into there, there is a sign for parking. Parking is free for up to 4 hours with paid entry. The parking machines aren't working yet so there is a Cosm employee attending to it. The parking escalators are confusing coming in and out. There isn't any signage but the parking attendant told me where to go as I would have been lost. As I was leaving, even someone asked if the escalators went to Marta. Just add a sign? That would be helpful. That's how confusing it is. But once you been through it once, it's easy. You go through security and there is an usher each floor at the escalator to quickly help you find your seat should you need help. The service was slow at the beginning. Food was coming out faster than drinks. My friend drink told a while to come out. I asked for water and that took way to long to come out. I wanted to order one butterbeer for the Harry Potter showing but was turned down even though it was mentioned on the menu. I was told they were running low on stock and only being served with the $40 package. Like really? Is it to get us to get the $40 package? I know World Market sells them. It is $12 for a bottle when you can usually get them for $7-$8 at Harry Potter stores in NYC or Chicago. And I didn't get to order one for the show but they didn't block it out on the menu. Like this is open since June 11, we buy tickets in advance, like you had to have a good estimate of who would show up and to have butterbeer readily available. What gives? The tickets are expensive even when buying early for this experience. I would say it is worth doing once to see if you like it. Sometimes the seating close up doesn't have a good view. We were first row 3rd level and middle stair rail did block our view. Another complaint, picture says house color drinks and we heard from server that they change the Ravenclaw drink that it is purple. Even the sample drinks, it was purple! That totally defeats the purpose. You could have just said the drink is sold out. Slow service and lacking in their offerings for Harry Potter. Movie and quality were great. I dressed in total costume, including tights and a Lochaven house sweater and was still cold. Even walked outside to hot weather to parking and was okay for a few minutes. Bring a jacket or fleece blanket.

I visited Cosm for UFC 250 and left feeling the concept is innovative and has a lot of potential, but the overall experience didn't quite live up to expectations. There were some things that worked really well, but several aspects of the customer experience need improvement. The Needs mprovement: - The ticket booking experience isn't very intuitive. I booked on my phone for UFC 250 and accidentally purchased seats in the Hall when I intended to sit in the Dome. The difference between the two wasn't clear during checkout. - The food menu is very limited, with only a few options available. We tried the nachos and wings, and both were good, but a venue like this should offer more variety. - The no re-entry policy was the biggest issue. It wasn't clearly communicated anywhere, which made the situation confusing and frustrating. We ended up having to speak with a manager to leave and re-enter. The manager was helpful, but the policy itself felt unnecessarily restrictive and should either be reconsidered or communicated much more clearly. - We purchased tickets specifically for UFC 250, but two of the smaller screens were showing football and hockey instead. Since the event was marketed as a UFC viewing experience, it seemed odd not to have all screens dedicated to the event. The Good: - Directions to the venue, parking information, and bag policies were communicated clearly ahead of time, making arrival smooth and stress-free. - The drinks menu was well done, with a good selection of cocktails that we really enjoyed. - The overall concept is unique and unlike any other sports experience currently available. Overall: - Better communication around policies, a more intuitive ticketing experience, and expanded food options would significantly improve the experience. - The potential is definitely there, but the execution hasn't fully caught up yet.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Where should I start? First, Cosm failed to indicate that the "Enchanted" experience would include a red meat entrée, nor did they provide information about a non-red meat alternative. The issue? I paid an additional $80 for my partner, who is a huge Harry Potter fan, specifically so she could enjoy the Enchanted experience. Unfortunately, she was effectively excluded from a major part of it due to dietary restrictions. What makes this even more frustrating is that I only learned about the red meat entrée after seeing posts on social media from other attendees. While Cosm did eventually offer a credit and allowed us to keep the package, a credit does not change the fact that my partner was left out of the experience we paid for. We will never return for another Cosm "experience," so the credit is meaningless to us. Next, finding the location was unnecessarily difficult. The website address did not properly register in Waze, Google Maps, or Apple Maps, making the venue extremely difficult to locate. As a result, we arrived late through no fault of our own. Upon arrival, we were told parking would be validated, yet there were no clear instructions explaining how that process worked. PSA: There is no direct phone number for the location, so don't bother trying to call for assistance. Because we were already delayed trying to find the venue, we ended up paying $50 for parking out of pocket. Fifty dollars may not seem excessive, but it's frustrating when parking was supposed to be validated and you're forced to make a quick decision simply because the venue was difficult to locate. The inconsistencies continued once we got inside. The menu displayed vegan options, yet when I emailed at least three days beforehand to request accommodations, I was told no vegan option would be available. When I asked our server, they were honestly one of the few bright spots of the evening aside from the water. They informed us that the kitchen had never been notified of our accommodation request. Moving on to the food: there were no meaningful alternatives to the provided menu unless guests purchased additional items. The Butterbeer was flat. The chocolate frog appeared to have been stored improperly. The beans were okay. The pretzel was overly salty. But the absolute low point of the evening aside from Cosm itself was the shepherd's pie. Greasy. Overcooked. Unappetizing. If I could give it negative five stars, I absolutely would. I believe this may have been opening night, and it showed. Staff appeared confused about where orders belonged despite having taken those same orders. The entire operation felt disorganized and unprepared. Overall, I would not recommend this experience. If you're looking for a memorable or immersive date night, I strongly suggest finding another option before spending your money here.

Worst business practices I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I purchased my row 1 tickets for the Harry Potter experience for Friday, 12 June back in April. Paid a total of $225. Wednesday night at 10 PM I was alerted that my tickets had been refunded and canceled because they had “ Accidentally released my seats back to the public”. I don’t understand how if you know that I purchased those tickets two months ago you would not honor my ticket and instead cancel the tickets for the person who purchased it three days ago. They have also told me that my seats could not be reinstated or moved to other seats as the show was sold out. So they have no problem canceling my seats but cannot cancel the person's tickets who just purchased there 3 days ago when I purchased them 2 months ago. It's also incredibly annoying because again I bought these months in advanced and the seats were already limited for the first row and now I can't even get a different seat for the same showing because the entire show is sold out now. I was really looking forward as a lover of Harry Potter but this is extremely disappointing. I had taken off work to be able to attend all apparently for nothing. Update: I received an email back from support claiming that there were only a select a few few seats in row one that were affected by this "re-release" of already purchased seats. Im not saying it was on purpose but for a brand-new venue it sounds very suspicious. Second update: now they’re telling me the seats were actually removed from the venue and that’s why they had to cancel the tickets. If you’re gonna make up, lies, at least keep your story straight. Surprise surprise another update: My tickets were canceled Wednesday the 10th and as of Tuesday the 16th I have yet to receive my refund... I understand that technology is not perfect but when we have already had so many problems this added on top begins to seem a bit suspicious... Now they want to tell me " I want to assure you that we have been actively working to process your refund. While we've made several attempts, we encountered an unexpected issue that prevented the refund from being completed successfully." sure sure. You're telling me it's been 13 days since you canceled my tickets and you still can't refund me my money because of "multiple failed attempts"... sure ill buy that As of JUNE26th they still have not processed my refund and Ive ended up just disputing the charge with my bank since I never received the experience I paid for.
