  Im giving this spot a 1 star for a few reasons. #1 parking directions are horrible. The actual street that the deck is on has a name. Use that 🤷🏾‍♂️. #2 When came in.... 1st timers.  No usher to tell you were to go to find your seats. A venue of this size should absolutely have dedicated staff to seat people or a easy to locate info booth. We were told to get on the elevator by a random staff member because the escalator was unavailable for a private event. We get to the elevator when a staff member ran over to stop us and tell us,.. unless you have a handicap wrist band you can not use the elevator. Ok.... odd AF again but OK. So apparently the first person that we asked that actually works here it didn't even know that the elevator is reserved for handicapped people only. A team meeting would be great. #3 the only thing they do is Market the Dome online. This whole area is not marketed at all even in the diagram for the seating one wouldn't know that you aren't going to get the Dome View when purchasing tickets. Unfortunately for me Monday is not a problem so I could have purchased any seat in the building are ever the diagram was misleading and we had to sit in the hall area which was not what they Market online. Extremely extremely disappointed and feel like the marketing is extremely misleading. Unfortunately I'm stuck here because the game is about to start Monday night would you like spending any money here outside of bottled water. I will finish the game and I will not be back. This is very unfortunate because we were thinking of purchasing the $3k pass for the year to buy tickets in advance. Im sure no one from management will read this and I'm sure I won't be refunded for the misleading tickets that I bought therefore I will not be returning. I just want to advise anybody else reading this that if you purchase "Hall" tickets you absolutely will not be in the dome. The hall view is the equipment to watching a big screen TV on your couch at home with a bartender. Just know that when you buy hall tickets you will not be in the dome. In the slim chance that management or marketing resist review please clear up misleading marketing so people know that they will not be in this Dome that we advertise if you still in the hall or have a pop up when people select those seats. P.s. the TV'S in "the hall" freezin and all out to sync. Fix it Jesus

  I wish I could give zero stars. I am glad I didn't purchase a ticket for the ability to enter this building. I was there attending a Hawks Members event. We were told in every communication that doors would open at 3:45pm with the NFL game starting at 4:25. I understand that Cosm, nor the Hawks have any control over what the weather will do. It was a light rain when we arrived and the line was already wrapped around the building. 3:45pm came and went with no one to tell us what was happening. The rain gets heavier. We are in the same spot where we started (near the employee entrance) and we see and hear employees looking at the line and then asking us what the line was for and what was happening. They work there. Why are they clueless as to what is happening at their workplace? 4:30pm rolls around and at this point we are drenched. There is no shelter from the elements. There is still no communication but we learned through the grapevine that we can't enter until the game prior to ours ends. We finally make it into the building, soaking wet, tired, and cold. I shouldn't even have to mention how irritated we are. The venue itself is pretty amazing if you have the right seats. I will not be spending money to come here. It seems overpriced and overhyped. There needs to be better communication when people are waiting in line. We would appreciate updates. Come at your own risk.

  This would have been my first time going here today but the event I was attending was poorly planned and executed. What was supposed to be a day celebrating season ticket holders for one of the Atlanta teams turned out to be a wash...literally. The email from COSM said doors open at 3:45pm. At that time the line was almost wrapped around the building twice. We were all standing in the rain. Well except for the few blessed enough to be under the awning. From the looks of it, the game that was playing beforehand went over and they wouldn't let anyone in until it was over. I stood outside as long as I could until the second or third downpour started. It was ridiculous! When I left it was over 30 mins after the time the doors were supposed to open. The only reason why the line was moving is because people were leaving. I don't know if this mess up is COSM doing or the event planner's. I pray someone reaches out to everyone who RSVP'd and at least apologize. I'm going to try again next week for the AL vs GA game. I hope that experience is much better. If so I'll edit my review.

  We visited Cosm Atlanta for the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone immersive experience, and overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The venue offers much more than the main viewing experience, with several on-site activities, interactive elements, and additional options available for purchase, which made the visit feel like more of an overall outing rather than simply watching a movie. Going into the experience, I had a different expectation of how the movie and AI technology would be incorporated. While the Harry Potter experience was enjoyable, it wasn’t quite what I initially imagined based on how the experience is advertised. Personally, I think attending a live sporting event may provide more of the full immersive experience that Cosm is designed to offer, and I’m definitely interested in returning to test that theory. We were seated on Level 2 inside the dome and had great seats. However, I do think sitting higher up may provide a better overall view of the massive screen and allow you to take in more of the experience without having to tilt or extend your head into different positions to see everything comfortably. The food and service were another highlight. Our food came out very quickly, and the servers and staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our visit. We ordered the burgers, which were flavorful, along with the Harry Potter-themed popcorn and Italian donuts. The burgers were definitely a favorite. The donuts themselves were good, but the sauce combination wasn’t personally my preference. Overall, Cosm Atlanta was a fun and memorable experience with great service, a unique atmosphere, and plenty to explore. I’m glad we experienced it, and I’ll definitely be back to see how the experience compares during a live sporting event.

  This was my first time at the Cosm & it left A LOT to be desired. My husband & I live in Atlanta & were extremely excited to visit. My brother in law was visiting the weekend of 9/13 from Philly so we decided to watch the game at the Cosm since none of us had been there before & it would be a new, fun experience. When the tickets were purchased, it noted the doors open at 3:30. You also get 4 hrs of validated parking in their designated deck if you scan the QR code at the front desk on level 1. As far as finding the deck goes, we drove around Centennial for at least 10 mins trying to find the entrance - I know Atlanta really well & it still was difficult for me to find. Directions or other landmarks need to be added to the website so people who aren't familiar with the city can find the entrance. After parking & walking to the entrance, we stood outside the doors since we arrived at about 3:20 & waited. A guy in a blue shirt (not sure if he was security or just an employee) told us we needed to get in the line on the right side of the building so we did. We stood there for about 15 mins before a different guy walked through & informed us that if we were there for the 4:25 games in the Dome we had to go to the other side - why didn't the first guy know this?? If you're going to be directing groups, you need to be educated on the process. We move to the far left side of the building & OMG - the sun was BEAMING. There was no breeze & no shade. It was HOT. It is now about 3:40 & the doors are not open. They wouldn't even let anyone go in. You HAD to stand in the long line in the sun & they had no answers as to what was taking so long. Fast forward an hr and we're STILL standing in line waiting to get in. At this point, we've already missed kickoff. There are people standing across the way against the wall to try and get out of the sun & the venue refused to provide water or relief. The line wrapped completely around the walkway & there was no rush by Cosm employees to remedy the situation. There was a disabled gentleman that came to the game & was told he had to stand in line & wait - he had a Rollator walker for goodness sake. Absolutely ridiculous. The doors FINALLY opened at close to 4:40. After getting up to our floor & sitting down, the first quarter was already over half way done. Needless to say, myself & a lot of other people were extremely pissed off. The server we had was good - she was friendly, but you could tell she was stretched thin like there weren't enough staff for such a large crowd (Philly shows up for their team). We ordered drinks (which are very expensive) and it took almost 20 mins to get them. The food took even longer & was not that good especially for the amount you're paying. While the game was on a commercial, I'm assuming the DJ made an announcement that given we got in late, the venue would be refunding 15% of each ticket sale back to us - not great, but it was something I guess? Little did we know, it wasn't actually a refund. It was a credit to your Cosm account & you are forced to use that money at the venue. For people like my BIL, he doesn't live here & can't use that. All in all, the idea of the venue is super cool. It was amazing feeling like I was actually AT the game on the 50 yd line. That would be the ONLY reason I'd come back, if I ever do. The management needs to sit down & think long and hard about how it will damage the reputation of this establishment if they continue conducting business like they did on 9/13 - the first week of regular season NFL games. The ONLY reason I would recommend this venue is simply for the large wrap-around screen. That's it.
