  We had such a wonderful experience at Bar Margot! The food was fantastic. The smash burger and steak frites were delicious, the cocktails were amazing and let me not forget about dessert. The banana cream brûlée was phenomenal. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the staff was incredibly warm and hospitable. Rich, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We even saw him throughout the evening, floating around and checking in to make sure everyone was having a great time. That kind of genuine hospitality really stood out. We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back!

  I used to visit here often, but unfortunately, this visit didn't meet my expectations. The customer service was poor, and the food wasn't very good. I came with a party of eight; my food was given to the wrong person. After I notified my waiter about the mistake, she simply took the food from one table and brought it to me, claiming it was untouched. I immediately told her I wouldn't eat food that had been sitting on someone else's table, and I asked for a new plate. When the new plate arrived, it appeared that she took my sides, transferred them to a new plate, reheated them, and sent it back. The sides were overcooked and dry. I ordered the salmon. The drinks were good, but overall, I was dissatisfied with the service.

  Went for girl dinner Thursday on a solo date. Bartender Julia was kind and makes the best espresso martinis. Food service was a bit slow for fries, salad and a rare steak. It took a little bit over an hr before the steak came out. I had no idea it would be completely smothered in multiple sauces. Would definitely had asked for it on the side. I sat at the bar and the A/C vent kept dripping directly into my food. The oysters were the star of the show. Very fresh, plump and meaty. The fries kept coming out warmish/cold and over done/stale. I asked for fresh fries cooked softer and it took another 30 minutes for them to come out. When they finally did, they were complete unseasoned. Didn’t even have salt. At that point I just asked for the check. Would recommend cocktails here 1000%.

  Love the ambiance & staff! I Was looking for some late night bites and a nightcap so went to Bar Margot, been meaning to check them out while, in town for the games. We got here around 10:45 and was told by our sever the kitchen was closed so we couldn't order any food, which was super disappointing since my wife was starving. A few moments later, A gentleman with braids came over with some hummus and chips for us to snack on so we could have SOMETHING. I guess he heard we were trying to get food and went the extra mile. most places would've turned us away and left it at that, but a gesture like that is why I will be returning my next time in Atlanta
