Sou Brasileira mas faço questão de fazer este comentário em inglês. I want to make a point of writing this review in English because of the outstanding treatment my family and I received at Peppa Pig Theme Park in Orlando. I bought our tickets through Decolar, a Brazilian travel website, and they informed me that the park itself would send me the official tickets by email one day before our visit. Unfortunately, I never received that email. When we arrived at the park, I was completely confused and nervous because I did not have the actual tickets — only a QR code provided by Decolar. From the very beginning, the Peppa Pig Park team treated us with so much kindness, patience, and care. They brought us into a family room while they tried to help solve the situation. The manager who was there that day was incredibly compassionate and supportive, and I especially want to thank Ian. Ian stayed with my daughters the entire time while I was stressed trying to solve the issue. He played with them, danced, sang songs, gave them drawings to color, buttons as gifts, and made them smile the whole time. He turned what could have been a very stressful and sad moment into something magical for my children. The team understood that I was nervous and worried, and instead of making me feel helpless, they offered multiple solutions and treated us with genuine love and respect. In the end, they truly saved our day. I honestly do not have words to thank Ian and the entire team enough for the affection, patience, gifts, and support they gave my family. This was the first park we visited during our Orlando trip, and the experience was so wonderful that I know every time I come back to Orlando, I will return to Peppa Pig Theme Park. I truly hope to see Ian again someday because he is an exceptional employee and person. The park itself is also absolutely amazing for families with young children. Kids from 1 to 7 or 8 years old will LOVE it. Everything is very clean, organized, and family-friendly. There are air-conditioned quiet rooms with bean bags where babies and children can rest or even take naps while Peppa Pig movies play on the screens. The restaurant had delicious food, the rides were interactive and perfect for little kids, and the water play areas are amazing for hot days in Florida. The gift shop is beautiful and full of adorable Peppa Pig plushies, toys, and souvenirs worth bringing home. Thank you so much, Ian, the manager, and the entire Peppa Pig Park team for making this one of the most special memories of our lives. I highly recommend this park to every family visiting Orlando.

Park is great for toddlers. It’s smaller overall but has a good variety of rides. We went on a Tuesday and didn’t wait in any lines. There are changing rooms in water park area so you don’t have to wear swimsuits all day. The cinema was a great place to cool down in the A/C for a while. We ate at the cafe and it was as expected from a theme park. The $35 parking seems excessive. Especially when it only takes a few hours for this smaller park. There are deals for buying admission tickets online in advance so I would recommend that.

The park looks beautiful and the concept is really nice, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing because of the obvious lack of maintenance and care for visitors. The first time I came around 12:30 PM, the balloon ride was already broken and people were stuck at the top. Staff told us it would be fixed soon. I came back again at 3:45 PM and decided to try it, but after the door closed on us, the ride never started at all — and they couldn’t even open the door to let us out immediately. My daughter started crying because of the heat and fear, and we had to wait around 15 minutes until a technician finally came and opened the door. It was honestly a very stressful and scary situation, especially for a place full of children where safety should be the top priority. The place itself is beautiful and has great ideas, but unfortunately there seems to be very little attention to visitor safety and ride maintenance. A ride breaking down multiple times in the same day should not continue operating like nothing happened. Also, the restaurant prices are extremely high for such tiny portions, and the food portions were honestly not enough even for a child. I really hope they improve the maintenance, safety standards, and overall guest experience because the place has much more potential than what we experience

I would give it an honest review and say it is worth the money if you want to give your kid the experience, there’s enough to do to keep your kid busy for one to three hours, depending on how long you’d like to stay if you catch the park on a good day it’s actually a good deal besides the parking. The food was a little expensive for a kids place, but that’s typical for an amusement park. But literally if you want to give your kid an amazing experience at a young age. This would definitely be a spot to do it if you don’t want to break your back as a new parent. Or if you have young kids. Or don’t have 500$+ to take your family or kids to another amusement park.

We’ve now visited Peppa Pig Theme Park Florida for the fourth time, and we’re always impressed! The cleanliness throughout the entire park is outstanding, and the cute character designs along with the Peppa shows are really well done. A helpful tip: be sure to check the schedule board near the show stage so you don’t miss any performances. Also, keep in mind that shows may be canceled on windy days. One thing we really appreciate is that even the youngest kids can enjoy the roller coaster—very family-friendly! Our absolute highlight every time is the amazing water play area. It’s perfect for kids and so much fun. The restrooms are also very clean, and we love the thoughtful touch of having mini toilets for little ones—it always makes us smile. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. One suggestion for improvement: more shaded areas would be great, especially around the sandbox. It can get very hot and sunny there. Unfortunately, a major downside for us is the restaurant inside the park. The food options are quite disappointing—not very kid-friendly, not particularly healthy, and the selection is very limited. Overall, it’s still a fantastic park that we truly enjoy visiting again and again!
