We went in late August on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy at all. There was no wait to enter and very short lines for the attractions. The main downside was that the roller coaster was closed, so that was a massive bummer. The park is small, so only anticipate spending about 2-3 hours even with small children. There’s also a few things that are pay to play inside, so I wasn’t a huge fan of that considering entrance to such a small park is $35+. Overall staff was friendly and it’s fun for kids under 6-7 years old.

Extremely disappointed. Had a Groupon issue that they would not help resolve. Character meet and greets only included Peppa (one single character). Roller coaster was out of service (the exciting center of the park) and we still paid the same price as every other day. Went to guest services after our 1 hour visit; everything I talked to the lady at guest services about blamed everything on “a third party service” and “there is nothing they can do.” Do not waste your money or time by going here.

I think we just got unlucky on the day we visited. The park itself is actually great for toddlers, but the staff—starting right at the entrance—aren't friendly. They make no effort to communicate or interact, which is odd for a children's park. We went on an extremely hot day, yet the fans at the attractions were turned off. I also found it very strange that there was no staff member inside the cinema supervising—there were kids left all alone, and so on. Overall, I think they need to rethink their operating hours; opening late and closing early doesn't make sense for Florida, where it gets so hot. Anyway, it’s not worth the price. You can find free or much cheaper indoor playgrounds and splash pads in Florida—places that are far more fun and better organized—where your kids will have a much better time. Almost forgot, we went Saturday and the principal attraction (roller coaster) was being painted and not working , what makes no sense for me since the park have a lot of time closed to make maintenance…

⭐️⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience for Our Family We are a family that loves to travel and make memories with our children. We visit Disney every year, Legoland every year, and Adventure Island every year. This year, we decided to try Peppa Pig Theme Park in Winter Haven for the first time because our three autistic children are huge Peppa Pig fans. We drove three hours to get there, and our kids were extremely excited. When we arrived, the people working security were very kind and welcoming. There was also a gentleman named Lauren near the Fox Shop who was extremely nice and, honestly, was one of the only employees who made us feel welcomed during our visit. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Our girls were especially excited about the roller coaster, only to find out that it was closed. We were told by staff that it would remain closed until September. We were disappointed, but we understood that things happen and decided to make the best of the day. The biggest issue for us was how our children were treated at the splash pad. We explained to the staff that our children are autistic and that one of them has an intellectual disability and does not always understand verbal instructions the way other children do. Instead of showing patience or trying to understand their needs, staff repeatedly blew whistles and yelled at them to get up from the slide because they were swimming. We understand that park rules have to be followed, and we absolutely want our children to follow the rules. However, when you explain to staff that a child has a disability and may not immediately understand what is being asked of them, we expect some level of patience, understanding, and compassion. Having staff repeatedly yell and blow whistles at them was upsetting for our children and ultimately contributed to a very negative experience. Our children also had a meltdown after finding out about the roller coaster, but we were able to move forward from that and tried to enjoy the rest of the park. Unfortunately, our experience at the café was also disappointing. The employees seemed unprofessional and were talking and laughing in the back while customers were waiting. We also witnessed employees laughing about customers who were not immediately coming to pick up their food when their names were called. I personally spent $16 on a milkshake and received a flavor that was not what I ordered. We came to Peppa Pig Theme Park because we believed it would be a place where children, including children with disabilities, could have fun and feel welcomed. We weren’t expecting perfection, but we were expecting kindness, patience, and understanding. We travel frequently and always try to create special memories for our children. Unfortunately, this visit became a memory of frustration and disappointment instead. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to staff on disability awareness, autism, communication, and how to respectfully interact with children who may not understand instructions in the same way. We wanted to love Peppa Pig Theme Park, but based on our experience, we will not be returning.

Mixed Experience: Beautiful Park, but Crippled by Constant Closures I really wanted to love this park, but our visit was incredibly frustrating. If everything is running, it’s a 5-star paradise for toddlers. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. 👍 THE GOOD: Beautiful & Clean: The park is perfectly themed for little ones and immaculately maintained. No Wait Times: We walked right onto the few attractions that were actually open. Friendly Staff: Every employee we interacted with was wonderful and patient with the kids. 👎 THE FRUSTRATING: Constant Ride Closures: Roughly 80% of the time, the rides and water park were shut down for "technical issues" or "weather." Main Attraction Down: The highly anticipated Daddy Pig Roller Coaster was closed for maintenance the entire time. Canceled Shows: Multiple live shows were canceled throughout the day, leaving us with very little to actually do. Overpriced Parking: The parking fee is incredibly high for the relatively small footprint of this park. ☀️ THE BIZARRE WATER PARK SITUATION: The splash pad finally opened, so we went through the hassle of getting the kids changed into their swimsuits. After exactly 5 minutes of playing, staff announced it was closing again due to "weather." The crazy part? It was perfectly sunny with zero rain or wind. We never got a logical explanation for why it was shut down for most of the day. Bottom Line: Great potential, but extremely poor execution on the day we visited. Check the maintenance schedule and the park's operational status before you pay full price or parking fees to go.
