  Stylish, upscale, yet relaxed rooftop with great cocktails and tapas. We got there at the end of Happy Hour so ordered the Short Rib Bao Buns and Maguro Tiradito with a Pornstar Martini and the Army & Navy Martini. I loved the Tiradito especially and the side of Prosecco the bartender added to my P Star Martini. It took a bit to get plates and silverware but overall the bartenders were very hospitable. We then ordered the Short Rib dip to share and it was the highlight!

  Minimal food but amazing drinks with the best view. I want to come back here but they want to charge for parking that used to be free. THERE ARE NO SIGNS indicating that you have to pay for parking that used to be free and the AI agent will hold you hostage until you pay. Please add sign with parking prices and parking validation for dinning/drinking and I will change the review.

  Unfortunately, the bouncer/security guard with the ponytail and the manager were extremely rude. We came on a Saturday night to enjoy a couple of drinks, but instead of being treated like valued customers, we were pressured to finish our drinks in about 10 minutes and were forced to leave before midnight in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. As first-time customers, we were never informed of the last call. In fact, they continued serving us after what apparently was last call, only to suddenly rush us out moments later. Had we been told upfront that the bar was closing, we would have gladly ordered accordingly or gone elsewhere. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed. What was most disappointing was the manager’s lack of professionalism. Rather than addressing the situation or speaking with us respectfully, they simply ignored what was happening and allowed the security guard to handle it in an aggressive and disrespectful way. We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Customer service starts with treating people with courtesy, and unfortunately, that was completely missing from the manager and security staff. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

  My friend and I had the best time at Maru! Our bartender Riley was amazing, so attentive and easy to chat with. He is a gem to this place and talented at his craft. Would recommend Maru to anyone looking for beautiful views in the city, great service and good food and drinks!
