  I am extremely disappointed in this place. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. While waiting, tables around us were not cleaned and still not cleaned by the time we finished eating. I sat on a chair that had black frosting (not visible with the black seat) and got it all over my pants. When I asked for the manager, she was not helpful and only offered wipes. The seat was also not cleaned. After, we went to play and several games did not work but did not have an error code. We could not find staff and the lines for the reception were ridiculously long from mostly all kiosks not working. Will not be returning.

  Went here for my son's birthday and did the Xcube. It lasted 10 minutes before it stopped because they couldn't figure it out. We also did laser tag and a group got to do 20-25 minutes but we only got 8 minutes for $13 and they allowed adults. My son came in last; it was a free for all but the adults teamed up with their kid and the employee didn't care at all. The food is overpriced. Very disappointed.

  It's got tons of arcade games, but they're very expensive to play. Instead of one credit per play, they're anywhere from 4 to 18 credits per play with most in the 9 to 12 credit range. Spending $20 for 60 credits I figured would last at least an hour or so, but it wasn't even close to enough.

  This location ruined my families night. Online it said this location was to be closed at midnight. So me and my family planned a to spend 2.5 hours here, to have some fun to end the night. We show up at 9:30 for them to tell us that they close at 10pm? Online it did not say that, the website did not say that, and Apple Maps did not say that. So me and my family had an unenjoyable 30 mins. It wasn’t just us, it was many other people pulling in to come here. We had to tell them in the parking lot that their hours were wrong and they all were upset too. This was not okay ! You guys suck.

  The kids love the idea of coming here, but every single time we spend a ridiculous amount of money and can’t do all the activities we pay for. For example: waited for 20 min for the dark ride to have an operator. Operator finally shows up and lets 2 people on and starts the ride while a line of people are waiting. These 2 people just randomly wandered over. This happened 3 times. Time before we bought a go cart package with laser tag. We were bumped twice from laser tag for birthday parties even though we were there well before the FIRST party and the go karts were shut down. Why did they sell us go cart passes 🤷🏼‍♀️ Be warned, unless you plan to live at this place all day and enjoy paying money to stand in lines, this probably isn’t for you.
