  The reason I'm giving it a one cuz the treating me like I'm nobody getting no help then it takes 30 minutes or so to cook some food then have no drink carriers worst customer service ever. The act like they're working but they shouldn't they're talking to each other

  As a Veteran 100 and retired, I've been to many amusement parks home and overseas. With a party of 13 kids in this 120 thousand sq ft. establishment we had a great time. The atmosphere was electrifying, we've planned already to return soon. Unfortunate, one thing displeased me at the electric kart. All personal items have to be secured in a locker. But the lockers don't lock, while we driving our IPhones, car keys etc...is sitting in a locker anyone can access. Even one of the workers got a attitude in front of my kids when I mentioned it. Still we didn't let one bad apple spoil our day of family time. Thanks, for a place Adults and Kids, can forget about the evil that surrounds us daily...

  Elev8 was an absolute disappointment. There seems to be no system whatsoever for handling crowds or managing wait times. Kids can stand around waiting forever, while parties are clearly given priority and allowed to jump ahead of everyone else. The whole place feels poorly managed and chaotic. Honestly, take a bunch of junk, throw it into an old department store, charge admission, and you’re pretty much left with Elev8. If you’re going to market a place toward families and kids, you need an actual system for managing capacity, lines, and activities fairly. We won’t be back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can someone please explain to me WHY no one told us about Elev8 in Tampa sooner?! 😂 We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this place! First of all, IT’S ALL INSIDE WITH AC 🙌 which is already a huge win in Florida. There is seriously something for everyone. The first level has glow-in-the-dark bowling, an actually REALLY cool glow-in-the-dark mini golf course, tons of arcade games, virtual reality games, a ropes course and more. Then you go upstairs and there’s legit FAST go-kart racing (helmets and all!), laser tag, pool tables, virtual reality axe throwing, AND free games for the younger kids to play while the older kids are riding the go-karts. 🤯 The prices were incredibly reasonable too! We paid $25 for an entire hour of unlimited play on the arcade games that don’t give tickets, which kept the kids entertained forever. And THE FOOD!!! I was absolutely not expecting the food at an entertainment place to be this good. Everything we had was amazing, but Phil’s Pickle Dip with pita bread and Phil’s Pickle Pizza were hands down my favorites. I had no idea I needed pickle pizza in my life until now. 😂🥒🍕 This is honestly such a hidden gem for families, date nights, birthday parties, rainy days, or just getting out of the Florida heat. There’s enough to do that every age can find something they love, the prices were affordable, and we had an absolute blast. Thank you, Phil, for introducing us to this place because we are officially hooked. We will 100% be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We took my special needs son and grandkids here September 18, 2026, Friday night for an evening of fun. I was so very excited as they offer a variety of activities......laser tag, bowling, go-carts, mini golf, a ropes course, a huge arcade, virtual interactive games/rides, etc......something for everyone; but I was SO disappointed. And the sad thing is, this business has the potential to be AMAZING!!! Cons - Everything is literally self service. From registration to ordering your food. Probably the poorest display of customer service I have ever witnessed. Also......very expensive. Every activity is à la carte, so be prepared to spend a small fortune. We were a party of 6, and spent $350 for our activity cards alone (this does not include food or bowling). I would not mind the cost if the service was better. Our first activity was laser tag.....and absolutely not an employee in sight. My husband then proceeded downstairs to ask for someone, and they responded "We will send someone right up". More than 15 minutes later....no one, so my husband goes downstairs again. The young man who came up to help us did everything but. He scanned our activity cards and you were on your own. No instructions, no assistance in putting on the vests, nothing. Very disheartening. When we got in to the laser tag game, my special needs son laser gun did not work....so I took mine off and gave it to him. While they were playing laser tag, I proceeded downstairs to the counter to talk to the manager. (There were literally 10 employees just standing around, 2 of whom were security.) I will say that the manager was extremely professional and nice and listened to my concerns, and offered us an activity for free. This was just one example, but continued through the remainder of the night. We paid for the rope course, but when the kids went to do it, it was closed. Another disappointment as we were not told that any activity closed early. The hand dryer in the womens bathroom was also broken, and no paper towels. It makes you wonder how the employees wash their hands. Pros - Like I said.....lots of activities and space. Also clean. Manager was nice, as well as an employee named David. I will not be back, and..... unless the customer service improves, I would not recommend this place of business. Such a shame.
