  Employees can truly make or break a families experience & unfortunately from the time we walked any staff member we came in contact with wasnt very friendly. I wouldn't return for this reason alone. There are plenty of places id rather spend 100+ at and at least be treated as a paying customer and not as an inconvenience

  Bartender Gavin, was very sweet and caring, excellent customer service and drink making. It was my 21st birthday and he made me the strawberry with passion fruit but I told him I like mango and he used that instead of passion fruit and he was happy to do that instead for me. The drinks were very delicious 10/10 would come again and recommend Gavin’s drinks.

  Games were fine. The whole experience however wasn't worth the price. The staff were unavailable, rude, and don't trust putting anything in their lockers at laser tag. Went on a Tuesday, not busy at all. We were the only ones in that area. Came out after an 8 min game and our things were gone. Staff acted oblivious. They need locks for those lockers...

  Ok this place is awesome! So much fun, so many activities, skip the go karts, but definitely do the lazer tag! Wings & fries were great. Gino was so awesome, he helped us multiple times. He answered our questions, explained the packages perfectly, and happened to be controlling the lazer tag when we arrived up there. To our pictures, and was just very kind and very thorough through everything! I imagine he'll be a manager if he so desires. Bartenders Galvin and Nathan P were also awesome, very attentive and kind. we had so much fun.

  My son went to a birthday party that was held here. The children were turning 8, and the entire reason the family booked the party here was for the indoor go karts. At no point was it ever asked or communicated about the height of the children attending. The birthday twins were so disappointed. The attendants that were with the party were no where to be found half the time. There weren't nearly enough plates, cups, or napkins for this party. I was confused if maybe my friend just didn't bring enough, but this was just something they didn't provide that would be expected since they ordered pizza, wings, and bruschetta. Seriously had 10 pitchers of an assortment of drinks with only 5 cups. One of the kids spilled water on the couch and floor at the seating at the bowling alley. After 15 minutes when I was finally able to find the attendants they asked how much was spilled and stood and stared at it for 5 minutes asking each other what they should do and how they should do it. I told them if they could just bring a mop or some paper towels I would clean it up myself as I didn't want my kid in his bowling shoes or any of the other kids slipping all over the floor. They finally brought someone over to clean it up. The kids are all on the spectrum and my husband asked three different times for them to put bumpers up for them at the bowling lane, and they didn't bother putting them up until the last 10 minutes they were bowling. This was not my party, and I'm so glad it wasn't. I can say that if you're putting money out for a party you should avoid this place like the plague. A complete failure from planning to execution.
