  I recently planned my engagement to my fiancée at the Surf Club Champagne Bar last month and it was exquisite from beginning to end! The manager Christopher, Nicole, and Tomi helped me organize everything to the smallest detail and made the night perfect. Sara along with all of the amazing and kind waitstaff made this an evening we will never forget, and we will continue to spend our special occasions at the Four Seasons! Highly recommend everything about this restaurant and bar, it is truly one of a kind from the ambiance to the service. 6 stars! Thank you again.

  Truly an incredible experience. First, the drinks were some of the best (if not THE best) I have ever had! The bar itself is truly beautiful. It is so historic and lovely. But aside from that, the real stars are the staff. Every single person was so kind, helpful, and considerate. I had the pleasure of meeting Larry, Armando, and Chris who all worked there and they were truly so amazing. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. I recommend everyone check out this bar, it is just on another level!

  I celebrated my birthday at the Champagne Bar this weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a better night for my friends and I! We were so accommodated and the staff was so friendly. For our first time here we were treated like VIPs! Huge shoutout to the manager and my server for going above and beyond for my friends and I, we will be back soon for more ❤️

  Unfortunately, my experience at the champagne bar at the Four Seasons was disappointing, especially considering the beautiful setting and the level of service I expected. We stopped by on Saturday, September 12, a little before 5:30 PM, to have a quick drink before our early dinner at the Surfside Club Restaurant. The bar was nearly empty, yet it took quite a while for my drink to be prepared. I ordered a lychee martini, and from the beginning, the bartender seemed visibly unhappy with my order. What was even more disappointing was the lack of communication. The bartender did not mention that they did not have fresh lychee fruit available for the garnish, so I only realized it when the drink arrived. Unfortunately, the drink itself was not enjoyable. It had a strange aftertaste and an unpleasant smell that made it seem as though the glass or equipment used to prepare it had not been properly cleaned. I ended up not enjoying the drink at all. The aesthetic and ambiance of the Four Seasons bar are beautiful, and I was really looking forward to enjoying a quick drink there before dinner. Unfortunately, the bartender’s attitude, the lack of communication, the slow service despite the bar being nearly empty, and the quality of the drink completely ruined the experience. For a property of this caliber, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and attention to detail
