The movie was great, but unfortunately, the customer service on Friday, October 9, at approximately 5:55 p.m. was extremely disappointing. I am including the specific date and time so management can identify the employees working that evening and address the need for additional customer service training. The attitude of the employees was unacceptable. Their behavior gave the impression that they genuinely did not want to be there and went out of their way to be rude to customers. Honestly, the experience was so consistently unpleasant that it almost felt as though the entire staff had collectively decided to take their frustrations out on the people they were supposed to be serving because they want to get back at management. That is how consistent their rude behavior was. I live nearby, so it is disappointing to say that I will not be returning. I would much rather spend more money traveling to a cinema in Jacksonville where employees demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and an appreciation for their customers. It is unfortunate that something as simple as being polite and treating customers with basic respect seems to be lacking. Regardless of whether employees enjoy their jobs, customers should not have to bear the brunt of their frustration. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, investigates the customer service issues from that evening, and provides the necessary training to ensure future guests have a better experience. A great movie can only go so far when the customer service makes the overall experience unpleasant. This location has an opportunity to do better, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to address these concerns.

Horrible customer service for such an over priced establishment. Will be watching movies from home from here on.

This theater thrives on convenience. The service is straightforward, Theater is clean, organized, and has friendly, hardworking staff. AJ recently I’ve encountered over the past two times of my visit, and he receives a gold star in my eyes. Always acts with urgency and super attentive. The food is good, and the quesadillas and pretzel sticks are my favorites. I also appreciate that the theater doesn’t skimp on movie-themed items and keeps up with movie specials.

Great location, comfortable reclining seats and well kept theatre. Convenient to order concessions ahead of time and we really enjoy the freestyle soda machines. Only complaint is that the women’s bathroom is pretty gross
