  They claim to be open, but don't waste your time or gas. They indeed WERE NOT OPEN!! Oct. 8th at 6pm ... lame.

  It was my first time there were my grandson and it was actually pretty nice.. the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable

  Its ok..but this place doesn't take cash.. They didn't want my business...The food is bearable...Its best to eat somewhere else..Everything else is great!

  We hosted a company event for approximately 70 guests at Elev8 Fun Sanford on August 15, 2026, and were disappointed with the experience. Food scheduled for 12:30 did not begin arriving until about 1:30, with some items arriving after our activities had started. The unlimited soda pitchers were not kept filled, so I refilled them myself several times. Most frustrating, many guests in our second go-kart group did not get to ride because no staff member was there to conduct the required trial run or assist them. The go-kart rental was a major part of an event that cost over $11,000. I emailed management about these issues on September 3. The sales manager apologized and said Caleb Williams would follow up, but I have received no response from him or any proposed resolution. I followed up again on September 22 and still have not heard back. For an event of this size and cost, both the service and the lack of follow-through were disappointing.
