  Absolutely terrible experience, Terrible experience. I called and made an appointment; I arrived at 9:00 PM for a 9:30 PM slot, but they said they had already shut everything down and wouldn't turn it back on. It seems like they don't want to work—the manager, Eric, couldn't have cared less about helping us. Terrible experience; don't waste your time with this place—and they close at 10:00 PM.

  Close it down!! I told my kids for mini golf Anne other stuff and they didn’t have A/C working Imagine a big warehouse with no ac in the summer!! Never coming back

  Came here for a birthday. The place is big but there was no AC making the visit uncomfortable. I Did the go karts but you have to wear a helmet closed and with no air circulating it felt hard to breathe. I may visit again and hopefully they have fixed the AC issue because to have people with a drink and play option- especially in Florida AC is a must. Kudos to the employees for showing up and working through it.

  Went here when it first opened & it was always way too expensive for what it is worth with very little help & disorganized. I finally gave them another chance when their website said 50% off all attractions but it was way more worse than before that now I know I will never be going back no matter what now. First of all, the 50% off does not say anywhere that that does not include the arcade. And even with the stuff that was 50% off, was still expensive more than the price that everything used to be. I get that this world is raising all prices but then I expect everything to go smoothly. Like everyone wants to be paid more but be lazy & not do any work. It was one thing for the bartender to take forever to get me any sort of drink, but I got my kids a bunch of attractions to do but everything was closed, at least keep the kids happy, but the workers open it up when they feel like it & when it finally opens you have to run to it because it closes fast. While it was closed, went to do the arcade that is on a timer, but no way to stop the time when doing an attraction, so when the kids finally went on the attractions, timer for arcade was over with so kids didn't get to enjoy the arcade at all. And everything is on 1 card and everything in different places and different times so had to run everywhere back and forth to make sure every kid is good on their attraction. Finally when kids were all settled doing their thing, I got to go to the go carts for me to do. It took a long time to be helped out to get ready for the race but finally when in the go cart, I was driving normal with perfect control and enjoying the little time I had, but some guy kept trying to be rough to past me and it is a small road and hard to pass someone but he kept hitting me super hard in the back and no one was doing anything about it. I am during postpartum right now and I can handle a lot and never complain and this place is suppose to be safe so thought someone would stop the guy from jerking my whole body around in the super fast go cart. And he finally did one ready loud hardest move he did, finally got past me and someone finally looked and thought it was me and put me on super slow for the rest of the race. Couldn't even enjoy it at a nice normal speed with the guy finally not behind me anymore, but no, had to be bored for 20 minutes waiting for my car to get to the finish line. I try to tell someone about this, but all workers love to disappear and when I finally see one, act like I'm invisible. I'm so done with this place.

  Called ahead of time before making the hour drive to race go carts. Nothing over the phone was mentioned about being certain heights only ages & was no mention of having to wear certain shoes. (Today’s kids only wear crocs.) When we get there we talk to the counter and they direct us to the liability form. So we stand there and fill it out for not 1 kid but 7 kids! After standing there doing all the paper work & paying $1 and some change per gaming card just to ride go karts the lady at the counter then informs us we cannot ride go karts due to the kids having on crocs. They would not issue refunds for the cards because it’s an “account.” After already making the drive we decide to let the kids do whatever but we are then informed we can only do the arcade due to the shoes. After entering the arcade we experience if you hold a card on the reader for to long it will drain all of your credits. The girls at the counter were very childish and unhelpful at all. As business owners ourselves we don’t know how this place operates. We definitely will not be back.
