  We had planned mid year party for our employees, paid for go cart and are throwing along with private area gor lunch and rinks. Paid extra for water, sodas and specific quantities of food. We were told to be there and noon. Paid extra for extended time. When we arrived we were made to wait 1/2 hour. Then taken to race. When we were done with race we went to our area where food was already there. Food was cold, had to ask for sodas and bar was upstairs so no time to even grab a drink. Finally recieved 2 pitchers of soda and water. No refills and guy taking care of us sat and did nothing. We then ended axe throughing and had to leave, only 2 of 3 pizzas and no desert we had Paid for. After reporting this we were told someone would reach out. Still no call. No refund of which they only said they would refund for desert. Poor food, poor service and team members really don't seem to like thier jobs. Won't be going back

  Drove an hour to get here and when we go to pay they don’t take cash but nowhere on google or on their official website does it say card only will never come back to this establishment bc the man at the counter was rude while we were asking abt the prices of things and rude when saying no cash

  Wear high sole sneakers if you don’t want to be embarrassed to be the ONLY adult not allowed to race at the Kart race.

  It was fun at first but the building was really hot. I dont know if there was an issue with the air conditioning but we had to leave after a round of bowling. It was just too hot inside. The kiosks used for reloading your card for the arcade were terrible. The ones in the arcade either froze or did not work and the ones up front at the entrance were really slow.
