the staff at the front desk wasn't very helpful when it came to telling us what it was about, buttt it was a very great experience very interactive. it was super kid friendly and almost museum like. but the best part of it all to me was the pizza. they have the best pizza i've ever ate and for 8 dollars you can get 2 slices of big pizza and a drink. i recommend this place to everyone. just don't go in blind there not very much help with that.

My family has spent hundreds of dollars with the company all around but this specific location has left a bad taste in my mouth. We recently took our three boys to enjoy the fun they have to offer while we were in Panama for our yearly vacation; my fiancé left his 200$ ray bands and when we realized I immediately called Wonder Works ; thankfully they found the glasses and told me they would have them there for someone to pick up. I had my mother go by to get the sunglasses THEY told me WOULD be there with her name on them; when she gets there to pick them up they look for 30 minutes and CAN NOT FIND THE SUNGLASSES THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD HOLD FOR PICK UP. I am very upset with the staff and the way they handled this situation. They acted like it was no problem they lost the glasses they said they would hold and I still haven’t heard anything back from them after being told they would investigate the situation. I understand leaving the glasses is on us but once they said they found them and would hold for pickup it really rubs me the wrong way that when we come to pick up and they are gone nothing has been done about it and the staff had no-sympathy. I will not be spending anymore money with this company; clearly they have a thief working at this location if the sunglasses were being held by staff like I was told.

We had a good time until my son checked his bank account and seen they had changed his card 2 times and when we tried to call no answer we was on hold 45 minutes till we arrived back there to show the manager what happened they said it would be back on his card at midnight well the next morning still nothing so we went back and tried to talk to the manager again and this guy flat out said it’s not it trouble so I asked for a corporate number and he told me to look online and that’s when I lost my cool with him and told the entire lobby full of people to make sure to check your bank account because they like to double charge your account and you can see there’s nothing you can do and that’s not right

We spent a rainy weekday in June here with our two kids (ages 8 and 11). The kids are the perfect age for this place. The interactive exhibits were lots of fun. Come prepared to play and explore! There is a lot to see and do here! It wasn't super crowded, so it never became much of a waiting game, with the exception of the coaster. The facilities are clean and well kept.
My criticism is that a handful of the digital interactions and games were offline or no longer working. In particular, many activities with a touchscreen had dead spots. The bigger concern, though, was that we paid extra for the Grave Digger VR ride and the Space Fury ride, and neither were fully as advertised. The VR headsets weren't available on the Grave Digger ride, making it just a bumpy ride in a plastic truck. The Space Fury paid activity was fun, but the "tag/shooting" part wasn't working. If there are features that are no longer available on special paid experiences, that should be advertised.
Ultimately, some exhibits could use an upgrade, paid activities should be sold as advertised. Otherwise, this was a really great way to spend a day and our kids had a blast. (We took our time and spent 5ish hours there.)
P.S. - buy tickets online to save a little money!

Wonder Works is a really neat thought and the website is intriguing. Unfortunately, it did not meet our hopes to entertain our kids. Everything is SO loud. Our daughter is very noise and sound sensitive, and we did not expect to walk into a spinning tunnel with flashing lights and very loud alerts/noises. The staff was very kind and offered headphones and to go through another door, which was kind and thoughtful. It could have been my lack of research/reading reviews, but I was thinking it was more like a science center. Our son enjoyed it, but if you have a child with light/sound adversity, I would look out for the sensory friendly days. I was even struggling with feeling very overwhelmed by the time we decided to leave. It would be nice if maybe every morning there was a “sensory friendly” time where parents could plan to attend. Some of the attractions were unnecessarily loud and could have used to have the volume turned down. Over all the facility was clean and most of the attractions seemed to be working.
