Wife and I took the kid here today and were very impressed with this water park. Kid loved it and it was very clean, well organized. Life guards made it feel safe and we can’t wait to go back!
We purchased the Elite Pass and one of the perks was $10 off food/drink each month. We tried to use it on opening day in April and were told their system wasn't working right and try next time. We tried again today, May 16 and we're told the same thing and also to go to Customer Service. We paid for what we purchased and stopped by CS on our way out. We were told today was the first day we don't get $10 each month, just 10% off each purchase. They sold a product with a benefit and took it away. 10% is not a better option.
Bought elite season passes bc of the advertised "perks" then we get here today and apparently they changed they 10 food credit to 10 percent off with no notice each month. The water level in the lazy river is so low it doesn't reach the filters and everything is super dirty. Very disappointed.

I love this park, however I don’t know why they never post on their social networks( which the website says to “follow for updates”) of the attractions that are closed, I mainly got two season passes for me and my daughter because she loves to play in the splash cove area, I went and checked online just to make sure considering the weather. Everything was fine. I went on Instagram. I went on Facebook and it doesn’t say anything about areas being closed. That is the only part of the water park that I care for because that is the only part of the water park that my daughter absolutely loves. She does not wanna play anywhere else to the point. Where when we get there, she immediately starts running because she knows how to get from the entrance to there into our surprise, we get there and it is closed, going through the front, and nobody even mentioned it either. Again, I absolutely like this part, however, I just wish there was more communication as to closed rides. The worst part about it. Is that two days ago. They made a post about how Sunday is World Laughter Day and go play in Splash Cove, however again, it’s closed

Visited the park today, 4/18. We had not been in a few years and was super excited to come back. Unfortunately, it was an eventful day to say the least. Parking and paying a fee was something new. I also purchased two cups online and when I went to retrieve them, first the concession stand said I had to go to member services. Went to member services and manager told me to go to this little green hut. Went to the hut and stood for 15 min. When it was my turn my QR code would not scan. Same manger came over and said oh you have to go to concession. Aggravated, I told her you told me I had to come here where she finally gave me my cups. Now, I am not one to do the slides but my son and husband love them. Four of them were shut down, & something new is they WEIGH you do get on the slide in front of God and everyone. My husband being on the bigger side, was told he was over the weight limit and could no ride and had to walk all the way back down the stairs. You would think they would have info about this on their website & have it at the bottom of their slides. Towards the end of the day my husband took my son back to ride slides and stayed there were men much bigger than him riding and that the workers we’re not even weighing them. I was highly disappointed especially with the cost of entry to the park. Needless to say we will not be back. My son was very disappointed that most of the rides were closed.
