About

Amusement ParkLaser Tag Center
WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind with 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination. This once top-secret laboratory was located in the Bermuda triangle. An experiment gone awry lifted the laboratory carrying it to International Drive in Orlando, Florida where it landed upside down. Luckily all of the exhibits remained intact and available for guests to explore.

We had an amazing time, two adults and two kids gave 6 and 3 . They were entertained for hours. Everything was well kept and clean. So much for them to do and learn about. And the staff were awesome. Suzly who was in the cafeteria was so helpful, and nice. Hopefully we will get to see her again whenever we come back!

WonderWorks Orlando was such a fun experience with so much to see and do. The interactive exhibits, games, illusions, and unique attractions kept things interesting and made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. I really liked that there was a good mix of entertainment and learning, all indoors and easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful as well, which made the visit even better. Definitely a fun place to check out when visiting Orlando!

Easy multi storey car park right next to WonderWorks. You cant miss this place because of the incredible building. The kids enjoyed themselves, the food was basic but reasonably priced and theres a small gift shop. The staff are friendly and helpful, even when my son was scared of heights. Ive given 4 stars as we upgraded our entry ticket for the arcade access. This was $6 on a card. That got us about 3 arcade games and that felt like it wasn't worth the upgraded entry price. Without the arcade, the rest is a fun, educational experience for my 6 and 3 year old.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to WonderWorks Orlando. At approximately $80 for two adult admissions, combined with additional on-site parking fees, the overall cost-to-experience ratio fell significantly short of reasonable expectations. While the facility was clean, conveniently accessible, and not crowded during our visit, the experience was severely undermined by poor operational standards. A substantial number of the interactive stations and floor games were either completely nonfunctional or operating with defective quality. For an attraction whose entire premise relies on hands-on engagement, encountering this volume of broken equipment is unacceptable. Management frequently defends the pricing model by citing "all-day admission," yet this rationale fails in practice. Because so many attractions were out of commission and arcade games required additional out-of-pocket fees, we thoroughly cleared the entire facility in roughly an hour and a half. The actual depth of working content simply cannot support an extended stay. Furthermore, staff presence on the exhibit floors was virtually nonexistent, leaving no one to monitor defective displays or assist guests. At this price point, even for local residents, the venue offers a remarkably poor return on investment. Comparable regional alternatives, such as the Orlando Science Center, provide far superior exhibits, better maintenance, and genuine value at a much lower cost. Until WonderWorks addresses its equipment upkeep, increases staff presence, and adjusts its pricing structure, the current entry fee remains entirely unjustified.

We spent about 1.5 hours at WonderWorks, and unfortunately, for what we paid, I left pretty disappointed. I purchased our tickets online and added the souvenir cup and arcade game card to my son’s ticket, which made the overall cost pretty pricey. When we checked in, no one explained the perks that came with his ticket, where we were supposed to get the souvenir cup, or anything about the arcade card. We actually ended up leaving without ever using the game card at all. For an upgraded ticket, I expected at least a quick explanation of what was included and how to use it. Some of the activities were fun, but there was just something about the overall atmosphere that didn’t make us want to stay very long. One positive was the ropes course. The attendant at the bottom was very sweet, and once I got up on the course and started getting genuinely frightened, the attendant up there was also very kind and offered to help me get down. I really appreciated both of them! The food experience was another disappointment. I paid for an overpriced plain hot dog, although my Italian sub was actually pretty good. I mentioned the hot dog multiple times while ordering, but somehow it was never rung up, so we stood around waiting for something that wasn’t coming. When I tried to figure out how to get the souvenir cup I had already purchased, the staff also seemed confused about that. The whole interaction behind the counter felt extremely disengaged and disorganized. After we ate, we were honestly ready to leave pretty quickly. For three tickets plus the upgrades, I just felt like I spent way too much money for the experience we received. There are definitely some fun activities inside, and I want to give credit to the ropes-course employees who were wonderful, but overall I don’t feel like we got anywhere near the value I expected for what I paid.
