Had a massive issue, we forgot code to our locker. Got hold of this amazing worker who has a beard and was so patient and never gave up on us. He found our locker eventually and with out him today, we would have been completely stuffed. I wish I new his name but this guy deserves a payrise. Please at least give him praise Typhoon Lagoon, find your worker that day and he will remember us as, a blue bag and guy with white sunglasses

Magical waterpark day that lasted 10 minutes, showed up late due to travel delays and was immediately rained out and after 35 minutes since the last lightning strike and 25 min left till close they still choose to not open anything, when I tried talked to a cast member about possibly getting a couple bucks off or another opportunity to
come back the “magical” response was should have planned around the weather.

The Best Water Park in Orlando – Non-Stop Fun for the Kids!
We spent an incredible day here and can honestly say it’s the best water park in Orlando! We arrived right at opening at 10:00 AM and stayed all the way until closing at 7:00 PM because the kids just didn’t want to leave.
Wave Pool & Water Rides
While the park offers an amazing variety of water rides and slides, the wave pool was the absolute standout—it was completely insane! The kids loved it so much that they stayed in the wave pool almost the entire day and had the time of their lives. Dragging them out just to get a bite to eat was an absolute chore because they were having way too much fun!
Food & Refreshments
The food options were solid and perfect for a theme park day. They serve classic favorites like chicken tenders, burgers, and fries, which were fresh, good, and kept everyone energized for the day.
Weather & Park Operations
Around 3:00 or 4:00 PM, a classic Florida thunderstorm with lightning rolled through, and the staff handled safety protocols seamlessly. Everyone cleared the pools to take shelter for about an hour. As soon as the storm passed, the boiling hot sun came right back out, and we were back in the water as if nothing had ever happened!
This is a fantastic water park for families, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Disney does many things well, but operating a waterpark is not one of them. So many issues. They allow riders of the body slides to hold hats, sunglasses, phones, shoes, etc, in their hands while they ride, and then when they inevitably drop them, they shut down the slide so a lifeguard can dive the pool looking for them. This happened multiple times, and their answer was to shout to the line to hold on tighter. I asked why they even allowed people on the slide with things in their hands. She said "I just work here".
Another slide shut down because the baby they allowed in the tube refused to hold on to the handles. How about that? Stupid baby....
On the other end of the spectrum, they allow 250 lb men to bodysurf the large wave pool shooting 50 yds across the pool like a missile. My kids were like "I want to go over there but I'm afraid I'm going to get destroyed by those men".
Rode four slides in four hours. They just couldn't seem to keep anything running. Fortunately, I have an annual pass so I don't feel like I'm out much. But I couldn't imagine traveling across country and paying for a day of this.
Disney, pick rules that make sense and enforce them.

Decepcionante!
