- KKKevin KendrickMay 10, 20262.0Disappointed in our movie experience. The theater was around 80 degrees and very uncomfortable. People were talking during the movie having loud conversations. When approached staff they said there was nothing they could do :(

I saw another review from moments ago and we must have been in the same line because she was rude, lazy, and condesending to EVERYONE young and old. She should be FIRED! We will not come back becuase of her. Wish I got her name but I am sure other staff knows her as this was not a one time occurance. Maybe had glasses as well.

She made fun of customers who asked about hot sauce and gave nearly every person in line a hard time. Her tone was loud, dismissive, and overall very unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable experience for everyone. While speaking with other regulars, I learned that her behavior has reportedly been an issue before and has already been brought to management’s attention. This kind of treatment toward customers is not acceptable and reflects poorly on the business.
