Nachos were stale and best before date was only 1 week ahead. Complained but just told 'sorry, it's probably because they were in the heater' ?? No offer of a fresh batch. Not good for the high price and only a small bag.

Came to watch prime time on 9/6/26 we waited in line for drinks and popcorn but come to find out one of our drinks wasn't tasting right we had gotten a sprite and it tasted like club soda. I made my way back knowing it would've been quick to get a refill and be able to see the beginning of the movie I ended up missing the whole beginning of the movie. The interaction was very rude the line was still long so I asked a guy on the side that wasn't doing anything or taking orders just standing there to refill the drink to make sure it's actually what we got and he let me know I had to wait in line which was basically another 10-12 minutes. Not even a minute passes by and another guest goes up to the same people and they refill his drink with no problem or telling him to wait in line. When I finally got up to the cashier I asked for the refill and he was about to say no but then heard me out and finally helped me out. I asked for a manger they never got one and said they would talk to him later. I think it's a little sad to hear the movie theatre I go to has been very rude and I think it's sad to say I won't be returning to cinemark after one small problem that could have been fixed very easily.

Went in to watch a movie and stopped by to get some drinks and snacks, the people at the concession counter were very rude. We were called to a register but once we got there the worker left and just kept passing by pretending not to notice us. We were there for a long time before they finally called us over to another register were the worker there acted as if we were bothering her by needing to get checked out so we could make it to our movie on time.

Cinema seemed nice, seats were very comfy however the screen (20) needed to be replaced as it had numerous marks on it that showed up whenever any white/light colours appeared. Plus the speakers fuzzed occasionally making it hard to hear some dialogue
