  I loved this theater, while you wait for the movie to start or if you want to go very early you can because you can check everything that they have in the plaza, you can go bowling, you can have a drink, you can see stores . Is the best place to put a movie theater 100%

  The cinema made a great impression at the entrance. We went midweek and the theater was nearly empty. I might be comparing ticket prices to European standards, but for me, it was pricey. We bought popcorn and it was great, not loaded with too much salt. The seats were comfortable but looked like they had seen better days.

  Two stars because of the nice seats and good theater rooms. Concession on the other hand is a different story. Took 30 mins in line just to order some popcorn and a soda. Two out of the 9 registers open. Friday at 3pm should have better service. Sour smells near the soda and register like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Hallways smell sour as well. There should be better service when I can stay home and stream instead of coming out for the movie experience. It’s no longer mandatory to see a movie in a theater and the companies should reflect service as such.

  Horrible Ayer fui con mi hija a ver scary movie ... Y solo porq mi hija hizo algún ruido son niños ... unas personas al lado se quejaron y nos sacaron de cine seguramente la película no hiba hacer ruido es frustrarte q estas cosas suceden horrible no volveré No pierdan el dinero horrible esperecia Y frustrarte que uno valla a disfrutar y por el ruido de mi hija me sacaron de la función y nisiquiera hiba empezado la película, horrible , horrible ,horrible , no pierdan el dinero allí. No es el hecho que por ser turistas nos traten así cuando pagamos todo y nunca me hiba pasado no pierdan el tiempo en este cine

  We booked 2 tickets and placed an order for food to be delivered to our seat so we don’t miss the movie. When we showed our tickets to be scanned in we asked the guy about our order and he said no worries they will bring it to your seat. We got to our seats at 9:40 pm and the movie starts at 9:45 pm. The time slot for the food to be delivered to us said 9:45-10:05 pm. The movie started around 9:50 - 9:55 pm so we didn’t go check on our food. When it was around 10:20 we still didn’t get our food so we called the front desk. They weren’t pleasant and claimed we weren’t in our seats when they came to drop off our order to us so they took it back. Then they said that they will see what they can do and if not we will have to come to the front to get our order. I said we’re in the middle of our movie and can’t that’s why we placed it ahead of time to be delivered to our seat. We were in our seats for the 9:45-10-05 delivery slot. We still hadn’t received our order so when there was an intermission we went to the front desk that had the same guy that scanned our tickets in to see what’s going on. They said that food department had another manager in charge and pointed us to some elderly lady. When we went to talk to her she right away assumed there was no order like that and said all the orders for that day was done. Then we showed our email with the receipt and she went from having an attitude to being apologetic so fast. Then she said there’s nothing they can do about it since the kitchen was closed and that we should’ve checked on our order before they closed and offered us a refund. This is the worst service I’ve ever had there. I watch movies there almost every month and never had this kind of experience before. No one wants to take responsibility for the problem and try to help solve it. They just kept pushing it onto another worker. The only reason we placed deliver to our seat option was to skip the long lines they always have. If this is how “deliver to seat” is then I’m never placing an order like that again. Horrible customer service.
