Very nice ambience, however they need to hire a professional manager and a lot more organized. Spend over 600 dollars and all of my un touched food was thrown out cause they wanted to close early and was tickets of a movie that was already playing and my autistic children and veterans husband were treated by the manager very poorly for the color of our skin. The barter in goo was nice. First time there and the night time manager made the experience negative. They should have a manager only for vip and allow the another type of manager trained in the area. I have zero tolerance to that kind of attitude towards guests.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location. From the moment I walked in, my ticket was handled incorrectly and booked wrong. This was my first interaction with Lue, I want to be clear that Manager Lue was professional, and not the source of my dissatisfaction. My concerns are with the crew members I interacted with throughout my visit.
After placing my order, I had to ask three separate times for both my total and for my credit card to be returned. I ultimately had to leave my movie and walk back to the concession area to demand my card back. I was told my card could not be returned until a manager approved it, which was both confusing and upsetting. As an honest customer, I was genuinely taken aback by the implication that my card could not simply be returned to me.
After speaking with Manager Lue, I decided to end my birthday celebration early and leave. What should have been an enjoyable evening turned into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and because of it, I do not plan to return.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased two tickets for $50.08 and was told they would be refunded because the theater had a plumbing issue and could not provide the experience we paid for. Nearly a month later, I still have not received the refund despite calling six or seven times, leaving three voicemails, and spending close to two hours trying to resolve it. The call center keeps transferring me to this location, but no one answers or returns my calls. As a paying annual member, I expected much better service and accountability.

On May 30 screening of the movie was cancelled because of a plumbing issue and staff promised that a full refund would be issued for the 6 tickets. Called several times, talked to Mr Chris and Mr Lee, left voice mails and sent emails but the reimbursement never has not been processed!
I find this level of service deeply unacceptable
A cancellation caused by the theater operational failure should result in prompt refund and not weeks of unanswered calls and unfulfilled promises

I have been a loyal iPic customer for years and was previously a Platinum member. Unfortunately, when my membership was due to renew, it did not process despite having valid payment information on file and my account being set to auto-renew.
I contacted customer service and was assured that the issue would be resolved within a week. However, more than a week has now passed, and nothing has been done to correct the problem. As a result, my membership status was downgraded to Silver, which is extremely frustrating considering I visit iPic every week, and often twice a week.
I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of follow-through in resolving this issue. As a loyal and frequent customer, I expected better communication and a faster resolution. This experience has been upsetting and has diminished my confidence in a company I have supported for so long.
