Led by beverage director Jacopo Rosito, Séptimo offers a contemporary revival of the golden age of mixology, inspired by the era when bartending first emerged as both craft and art. Drawing from the traditions of late 19th- and early 20th-century cocktail culture, Séptimo honours timeless technique while delivering a distinctly modern, elevated experience. At its core is a guiding philosophy: timeless craft, contemporary spirit.

  Very nice atmosphere great to watch any sporting event as they have a projector and a lounge area. The drinks are well crafted and stylish, but a note is that the Glass straws are a bit uncomfortable to drink from due to their size. Music does a bit loud. I would say it’s a great environment to work from since it doesn’t get very busy during the day

  Stylish venue to enjoy a cocktail with a friend before heading out to dinner. Lemon Drop Martini was masterfully prepared. Shrimp cocktail was a true delicacy -- in a delicious spicy, mayo-based sauce and cubed, to make it is easy to eat at a small table. Music was upbeat. Service was professional and courteous. Will return.

  Came for a night cap - the Tomato & Vine was an absolute banger. Service was great. Vibey.
